Not a good start

Placed my 1st order 10 August still not received 27 th August . Had Evri message saying being shipped but nothing more . No reply to email to company and tel number doesn’t work which is concerning . Please help solve this issue . Reading reviews seems like a common occurrence but where is the CS

We do not have a record of any order placed by you. We have tried to contact you but you have not provided an email address. Neither have you provide us with any order details or the product you have ordered. We will be happy to help if you at least provide the order number, the product or name of the customer who placed the order - without these details we're not able to take any action

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. This was my first experience using this service and I’ve emailed the support line with no reply. When trying to track it shows dispatched but not with courier and they await it. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered and still no resolution. I’ve been sent a follow up to see how I’m getting on with my order and to review but can’t seem to get anywhere now. Really frustrating as I’ve tried to be patient but no communication has left me with no choice

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I checked our records and your order was dispatched on the 14th July. We have not received any email from you on support address. It seems like the order may have been lost by the courier company, I will have this checked and issue you a refund.
Once again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Late delivery

I received the order with a some delay, but the delivery was free of charge.
