I love these products! The customer service team were very helpful with me when I called.

Customer service doesn’t exist!!
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, it was supposedly dispatched on the 8th July,it is now the 29th of AUGUST
NO DELIVERY NOTHING!!
I have sent emails just for an update no response FB MESSENGER no response INSTAGRAM NO RESPONSE.
I just want my money back now!!! I can’t afford to hand over money not receive my products & be at a loss!!!!
This is not a company I would ever purchase from again avoid at all costs.
An absolute disgrace.
Please just refund me & do the right thing.

Placed an order for several items coming to just shy of £80 and it arrived but sadly something was missing and the gummies arrived open/damaged. I decided to write a polite email explaining and got a lovely reply back, telling me that they’d send me the missing item and a replacement pack of gummies. Very nice, right? But weeks have passed and nothing. A further email I’ve sent has been ignored. I cannot trust a business that treats its customers like this. Perhaps they are folding, like another reviewer has said. Don’t waste your money. AVOID!

Not tried this prouct. For people on here who have been disappointed, please try Ahmeeskin creams. I am 74 and have used their creams for some time now. People often asked if my son was my husband, delightful for me but he was never too pleased lol

Terrible customer service! I placed 2 orders totaling over $325. They sent random products and NOT what I ordered! ZERO response to all my emails and calls. TERRIBLE!! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered!! Stay away and go somewhere else… you’ve been warned!

I love Beauty Kitchens products and have been buying the seahorse plankton products for a few years now. However I cannot find anywhere online that can fulfill my order. The Beauty Kitchen website has been out of stock for weeks and now another high street store has reneged on my online order citing unavailability. This is such a shame. I am going to have to go elsewhere and buy a different product.

I think this company is folding. They don’t have stock anymore and another shop that started selling this brand is selling off its remaining stock. I have contacted the support on two occasions and had no response at all. Please let me know if I’m wrong as I love these products, the Seahorse and Plankton is so good.

I love their products, but I ordered moisturiser and lip balm on the 27th December. I have had no order update or response to my emails asking where my order is. It has been nearly a month with no information and no response to my emails to their support team. I am truly disappointed and will not be buying their products again.

Kirsty below claims that I was issued an immediate refund and this is not in fact true. I contacted them via instagram to try and get an update - but my emails about the situation are still being ignored.

I am truly disappointed with this company! After placing my second order I received a faulty bottle which i couldn't use.
I have contacted them by email,(the same one on this page) several times, with zero response!!!
I would have been a regular and happy customer but not anymore. I refuse to benefit a company that cannot be bothered to acknowledge their customers when something goes wrong. Absolutely disgusting!

Love their products and their packaging returns service is fantastic.

Bought the Pure Source Collagen gummies x 3 and the collagen oil. The gummies smell and taste disgusting, horrible rubber aftertaste, the gummies are stuck together in a solid mass and difficult to remove from tin, furthermore the tin containers are unsealed. The oil is just a plain oil substance and probably has no benefit what-so-ever, unable to get through to customer service to arrange a refund, don't waste money on this cheap and nasty product.

I was waiting for the products to arrive in case they were amazing enough to make up for Bianca's terrible, misjudged, and inauthentic, customer service. But the products are overpriced for what they are and smell absolutely terrible (the face cleanser smelled like baby sick). Avoid. There are so many wonderful companies offering first class customer service and better products.

I’ve been using the Pure Source Collagen Serum for the last 3 months and I can honestly say it’s fantastic! My skin is smoother, fine lines are reduced and my skin feels nourished. I can’t recommend Beauty Kitchen enough, I love it!

Got four different oils and cremes at 20p each and simply forgot about them.
Started using them in January and my facial skin feels much cleaner and clearer. My forehead lines seem to have thinned.
They also smell lovely.
Really pleased in general.

This is my absolute favourite skin care brand and is the only one which manages my skin effectively. I've suffered with acne and blemishes my whole life and have spent a fortune on chemical filled products which have had little or even adverse effects. Beauty kitchen has honestly brought an end to this. Whilst I still get the odd spot, they are minimal and don't appear red, sore and swollen like they once used to. BK is the way seriously. Give them a try, you won't regret it X

Environmentally friendly company selling excellent products. Have been buying numerous products from the Seahorse Plankton range for a couple of years and I won't use anything else now. Keep up the good work!
