It smelled like it had beed curled and couldn’t get the smell out so wont use it at all. Hate I waisted my money.

Love the wig I first got came on time I ordered one more can’t wait to get that one

I followed the instructions for a refund and once the hair was received I was assured I would get it but as of today I still haven't. Always pay through PayPal because they will help you get your refund. I will be ordering though Amazon from now on because if anything is wrong, you can always return it and get your money back. Very disappointed with Beauty Forever customer service!!!

I ordered a wig for my birthday. The wig came thin, dry and it sheds like a dog. I deep condition the hair to try to help with the dryness and shedding. That did not work. I emailed them twice but no response. I have ordered a few wigs from them, this is my first time having a problem. Now I am out of wig a for my bday bc theres no way I can wear it bc it sheds so bad. But if this is how they treat their loyal customers by not responding to their emails to try to work out a solution.. I will not be ordering from them again.

Thick, minimum shedding and it’s only because I bleached knots a little, this pic is after bleaching knots and dying jet black

They went above and beyond in helping me get a replacement for an order that was stolen from me when they didnt have to. I will be purchasing again

I haven’t received my product yet but when I contacted the company costumer service was very helpful and responded to my questions promptly

I’m so pissed off I could cry! I ordered two wigs for my birthday weekend which is this weekend. Out of the blue I see that my status has updated to cancel so when I inquired and support response was to tell me that it was probably something with the bank and to try another card. I’ve been wearing wigs for many many years , I purchase at least two wigs every single month from my reliable wig companies and not one time has this happened. If their system only takes certain cards from certain banks they need to upgrade. And now my birthday weekend is ruined because I don’t have any hair. My advice is to stick to your reliable vendors that you have been using instead of trying something new. Never again

I didn’t receive my package even though it was marked delivered, I reached out to the support team via email and they responded and fixed the issue in a timely manner .

Well they didn’t have what I wanted, and I to pay extra for what they did have. I feel if it’s not available gray it out so no one has to choose what is not in stock. Hopefully they got thing ok. I want know till I receive the item. But the communication was great. Just waiting.

Great quality and easy to style. This was my first wig, and I was hesitant, since I'm not good with styling my hair. I was pleasantly surprised when the first one arrived. Im the owner of four blond wigs and I'm loving it.
