I ordered an anklet from them over a month ago and not only have I not received it, but I have contacted them over 4 times trying to get my money back and they won't respond to me.

great customer service!
I got the wrong order because of a mix up. I sent over some pictures and they immediately apologized. They offered to send over the right order free of charge or to make sure of a refund. Which I quickly recieved! So their quick responses and kindness in handling the mistake was very nice!

Aldrig køb derfra, havde bestilt en ting til at rense sit ansigt med, og den er aldrig nogensinde blevet sendt. De svarer så heller ikke på ens mail, når man skriver til dem omkring det.
