Great range of products. Despatch and delivery couldn't have been faster. Thank you so much for the wonderful little free product sachets. Ordered a product on sale
Ordered a product on sale, it only has a couple of months shelf life left (which the product won't be used up in). Returns info says sale items can't be returned - what an absolute SCAM

Amazing
I had ordered products from the brand 107 skincare , products are really good ….got good deals during Black Friday sale… just wish the sold out products are back in stock soon, really have to wait a long time. Although I am totally unaware of the complexity of the process, still wish that the sold out items come back in stock soon. One more plus point is their delivery is really good. I wish they introduced us to more and more amazing brands in future.

Thanks for the fantastic feedback Tanaya. Noted about the back in stock, we’ll always strive for 100% availability but it’s always a battle as some products fly off the shelf quicker than others.
We have had a hiatus on brands right now, we only want brands on the shelf which we have a direct relationship with so we can guarantee authenticity and quality and their ethos fits our curation process. Our founder, Maree, needs to fully test out the range as a certified cosmetic scientist - she is currently on maternity leave. We’ll be back in 2025 with some fab new brands so keep a watch on emails!
Finally, 107 is an incredible brand. We have known their founders for many years now and the dedication they put into their formulations, the amount of re-formulating they do to find the perfect balance is astounding. They have a unique aged Hanaga vinegar from an artisan family business which is used exclusively in 107 products, carrying an incredible amount of skincare benefits. We love working with them and I love that you are enjoying using the products.
