I ordered dr lewinns r4 gift pack and was sent the wrong pack. made contact with the team they sent me a replacement when we opened the replacement it was that old it was like an oily balm and real dark yellow instead of a cream emailed and the said they will ask Dr lewinns company have not heard back from the since.

Great customer service
After being sent an incorrect shade in a bunch of five the team were super quick and efficient getting the correct shade to me within days of my contact. After that I ordered more and ran into a technical issue on the website which they promptly fixed whilst also calling to take a phone order in the interim. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Cancelled order without warning
I made a purchase for some powder and I got a great price because of Black Friday and they cancelled my purchase without warning... I assumed it was because they were out of stock but I went to their website and it was still there... not happy and terrible first customer impression.
