Never normally write reviews but customer service is always top notch. Prices are fair, collections are always organised professionally and on time - even with COVID throwing in the spanner in the works. Any dramas then they will go out of their way to help you, whatever it is. The reward system they have is a nice pay back when it adds up as well

I have been a long time customer of Beaum Vape since I moved to Cardiff in 2018 and they have consistently delivered the best high quality, affordable products along with an exceptional customer service. The boys are a hell of a laugh, incredibly professional and have a lot of knowledge. Never met a single one of them before I started shopping there, but since day 1 they've been welcoming, easy to talk to, they don't do any pushy sales, they always know exactly what you want and go the extra mile when it comes to solving your problems. They get such a wide diversity of customers going there, I've had some great conversations with some really interesting people. But, the best part about it is that they've been consistent for the almost 3 years I've been going, they've clearly got strict values and, I would say I'd highly recommend, but I'd be lying... I'd say I highly insist.
