Bear Estate Agents Recensioni

Bear Estate Agents were professional from the start . Helpful staff who were friendly .
They gave me a good service I recommend them to anyone who wants to move house.

Bear have been brilliant.
Friendly and helpful staff who have kept in touch with us regularly throughout the process.
Lovely ladies Sydney and Helen who have advocated for us and achieved everything we asked for.

We used Bear Hockley to sell our Mum’s property when she went in to a care home. Ellis said he would price the property to sell, without undervaluing it, and would aim to sell at asking price plus cover our costs, which is exactly what he did. He even matched his costs to those offered by another agent, less than they normally charge. There was no hard sell and Ellis had a very friendly approach caring about our position and circumstances. Property sold within 6 days of it going live and he advised on on best buyer from offers received, luckily we got one with a good deposit and no chain. There were some delays due to it being on an unadopted road, but Zoe our sales progresser was brilliant every step of the way, reassuring us and in liasing with solicitors on both sides to keep things moving. We wouldn’t hesitate in using Bear again or recommending their services to others wanting to buy or sell locally. A great experience all round.

We have had a difficult chain & sale …and all throughout the stressful process Tilly in sales progression has been fantastic working hard trying to find out what was going on in a chain that were not communicating with the other parties involved …she was a voice of reason even when we were getting so frustrated by it all…Thanks Tilly for all your hard work.
On another note all the staff we encountered from Bear during the process before we found a buyer were all very pleasant and helpful.

Joe, Leigh Anne and the team were very informative when it came to helping me decide what to do with my property. Once I decided to sell they were great at getting me viewings and keeping me up to date on my journey. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Bear estates were fantastic and supported me every step of the way. They assisted when required and nothing was an issue. Will definitely use again.

HELEN WILSON IS AMAZING!!! She was always on hand to explain things thoroughly and took time to make sure i understood. She is worth her weight in gold, i don't think i would have kept going if it wasn't for Helen - thank you thank you THANK YOU!! C&D

We had a great experience with this estate agent. They both sold our property and helped us find land, making the whole process really smooth and stress-free.

Dan was extremely helpful and managed to sell our property to the very first buyer who viewed it. Everything went through without any issues, and their costs were much cheaper compared to other agents we looked at.

Scott, who dealt with the land we purchased, was also fantastic. He gave us lots of helpful advice and recommended reliable people, which made everything much easier.

Overall, the whole team was brilliant—friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend them.

bear was actually working on behalf of our vendor but were actually instrumental in getting the entire transaction done. Their Senior Sales Progressor Wendy Baily could not have more helpful or diligent in getting all of the many parties involved aligned. She was hugely supportive to me through quite a fraught process and offered great, specialist advice.

We recently purchased a property through Bear Estate Agents in Southend and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Oscar was fantastic when showing us around — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole viewing process enjoyable. Once we decided to go ahead, Helen took over the sales process and was absolutely brilliant. She kept everything moving smoothly and made what can be a stressful experience feel completely effortless.

What really stood out was how available the whole team were. Whenever we had a question or needed reassurance, someone was always on hand to pick up the call. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We would highly recommend Bear Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling in the Southend area. A genuinely excellent team — thank you Oscar and Helen!

I am very happy with the five star service I received from Bear Estates in Southend. Steve was extremely professional when he came over to do the house valuation for us. He helped us understand the current market and the best solution going forward.

Helen and Sydney both kept me updated all the way through the buying and selling journey. I have dealt with them both before on previous transactions in the past, and once again, both were consistently efficient, reliable and helpful.

I will definitely recommend Bear to my friends and family. Thank you very much!

Great service from start to finish. Tom was brilliant from the start on the early negotiating sale side. Always felt I could get hold of the team for any questions etc. Then we were passed to Helen for sales progression who was faultless. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process both on email and also phone calls. Communication was superb throughout, always felt I could get help if needed and the fees were good too! Would not hesitate to recommend Bear to anyone looking to buy/sell a property!

Bear (Southend) have a fantastic proactive team, and although you don’t get to deal with one person I’ve realised this is to your advantage. Each team member is highly experienced in their area of sales. From Rebecca who is always available to organise viewings and keeps you updated and can answer a host of queries, to Tilly in the progression team that works continuously to keep the chain going and communicates frequently and even Tom, the Branch manager, will provide support if needed. No wonder across the towns you’ll see Sold Bear signs!

Amazing team, very polite, updating me every step of the way with my sale, I highly recommend Bear Estate Agents

I would definitely recommend the guys at Bear.

More viewings and a fast sale, not to mention great communication throughout the sale process.

Will 100% use again in the future.

Bear Estate Agents have Just Sold my House. I could list everything they did , but there’s not enough room. 10 out of 10 well done everyone. I would recommend them to anybody Thankyou All At Bear Estate Agents. Mark Gregory

I used bear to sell my flat after a period with another agent. After only a few viewings with the old agent, Bear arranged a viewing the day after it went on the market and that ended up being our buyer!
Tilly then managed the sales progression and provided regular updates throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Bear Estate agents for their excellent service and market knowledge

they made the sale and progress updates so much easier than it could have been they navigated some very difficult situations and keep us up to date all the time , got to be one of the best estate agents and systems there is ,did i mention they sold my house in a little over 12 Hours incredible , big thanks to them all but Helen was outstanding

Honest, friendly and professional service. Introduced many perspective buyers which another local agent failed to do. Tilly in the progression team was outstanding when dealing with a very difficult buyer. We would definitely recommend Bear Estate agents.

If every estate agents had a Helen working from them (and let’s get one in all of the solicitors whilst we’re at it) then the world of moving would be a much simpler process.
Helen was absolutely amazing throughout, honestly just the best person you could ever want in your corner. Thank you so much for everything you did, honestly fantastic.
