These guys are a scam. Good luck cancelling your account, they start shipping bags fast and furious as soon as you cancel and tell you you can’t cancel while a shipment is out for delivery

It’s a customer service over a week to get back to me and when they did their answer was sorry, to me it was a big scam. I felt like and then tried to cancel my prescription that I did not sign up for was another rodeo.

They signed me up to a subscription without notifying me. No one picks up the phone number for customer service when trying to cancel the subscription. I had to get my credit card involved. They have dozens of complaints in the Better Business Bureau.
Horrible taste
I can’t describe how bad the blueberry gummies taste. It’s been 3 hours and I can’t get it out of my mouth. Had to throw the entire bag away.

I am so regretful dealing with this company. They are more of a scam company disguising themselves as a product company. Wanted to try the product. Ordered once but the minute they had my credit card reorders without my consent stared coming. Bad company, stay away! Positive reviews are laughably fake!

I signed up for a subscription which states that it can be cancelled at anytime. When I got a notice for the second shipment I decided to cancel because I was recovering from surgery. I cancelled on the website and it was listed as cancelled on the account page. Bear Balanced sent a second shipment anyway and charged me nearly $100. When I emailed customer support and asked them to take back the unopened shipment and issue a refund they stated that I had to reply to "the confirmation email" that I received for my cancellation. The trouble is, there is no confirmation email. They string you along and then ignore you and charge you again. You can't even delete your card info once they get their clutches on it. Don't subscribe! Totally fraudulent behavior.
Shockingly poor customer service!
As other reviewers have stated this company's customer support is woeful.
I've made numerous purchases over the last several months, with no issues with the first few orders, but for the last two I've been stung with customs charges of almost £62 each time.
It transpires they've quoted the wrong values on the customs declaration forms, taking me over the £135 limit. (Both orders were only £67 and £63 respectively. )
Although I've flagged this to them repeatedly over the last few weeks they refused to take ownership or accept responsibility.
I've had no choice than to pay the customs fees to receive the goods, then submit claim forms with Border Force to try and get my money back.
I've also raised a complaint with Paypal and my credit card company.
Avoid!!
First time purchase
First time purchase. Got the blueberry flavor, first impression, they are not the same color as the ad, and they taste absolutely horrible. I don't know if they're supposed to taste this bad. So I hope they're not rancid. To be completely honest, I'm not sure if I will be able to finish the bag because they taste so bad and very grainy.

I’m super disappointed in this company , the customer service is horrible. I did exactly as instructed to return my unused bags as I couldn’t stand the taste of these. I was told I get a refund when returning the product after I pay shipping and I sent the tracking. I follow up and no response. It’s been months since the return. Horrible taste and customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and product. I immediately cancelled after ordering when I realized how much it would cost to take these regularly. Took days to hear back from customer service and they told me to wait until I got them to get return instructions. I paid expedited shipping costs and it took over a week to arrive. I finally got them and they send return instructions stating they would deduct $15 for returns of an unopened product. Upon receiving I realized the amount of sugar alcohols and carbs in these are insane. And they are sour and awful tasting. No where on the website did I see that these were sour. Would never do business again with this company.
WORST customer service ever
WORST customer service ever! Package is declared “lost” by the shipping company. I have this in writing, including an apology from the shipping company stating that I should contact the company for a refund. Well, after numerous attempts to contact Bear Balanced (5 emails and 2 customer support forms filled out), someone finally got back to me to say they won’t issue a refund because “there is still a shipment that can be delivered at any moment, we are not able to refund”'. I’m sure my credit card company will take care of it when I dispute the charge but if I can save someone else the trouble please don’t purchase from them!

What is pictured AND described is not what you get. My "watermelon burst" was delivered a sickly yellow color and with zero flavor, save the natural bitter/sour creatine taste. When contacted multiple times, website chat feature, emails, facebook, commenting on social media ads, it took them several tries of ALL of the above an many days to respond. Once I did. They said that they had been trying different amounts of beet root in their coloring, and that everything was fine. I tried AGAIN. Their eventual response was that they PERSONALLY taste tested MY PARTICULAR batch, and that everything was fine. I tried AGAIN... each time requesting a replacement bag or a refund. They refuse thus far. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, please.
In switching from a different product for purposes of convenience, my soreness level has knocked me on my butt, so the product doesn't even work.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received an email that an automatic order was processed and that I could cancel the shipment if I contacted the company promptly. Absolutely no where on their website is there a direct way to cancel an order or subscription. They require you to message their customer service via an email. Customer service did not respond to me for 3 days and then proceeded to tell me that the order cannot be cancelled and gave me generic instructions on how to change the frequency of a shipment. This is poor customer service and they really need to give customers a valid way to change or cancel an order before it is shipped. I will never do business with them again.
Subscription trap and zero accountability
I made a one-time purchase that turned out to be a subscription without clear consent or a renewal reminder. I was charged $137 unexpectedly, only received a confirmation email after the charge (which went to spam), and was given one hour to cancel. When I asked to return the unopened product, I was told recurring orders are “not eligible for return”—even though their own website says returns are possible with a restocking fee.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch. You can’t say returns are allowed and then refuse them when asked. Luckily, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won. Avoid this company if you value transparency.
