They don’t have a phone number, but my email was responded to within 24 hrs. I’m very happy with how timely the matter what handled.

I used this service a year ago and didn't realize there was an annual fee. When I saw the annual fee on my statement, a year later, I contacted customer service via email to have this credited back to me. Daniel was very helpful. He was prompt, replied back within 24 hours and had the fee reversed.

The results are truly not worth the expense. The templates are limited and impossible to rework once the program has generated the resume. The files are proprietary so you can’t download and reuse. Not worth the money.

It’s a great website that gets you what you need, user interface is excellent and very easy to use providing a great service for creating a resume. On top of that the customer support is top tier, they immediately refunded me for the service when I forgot to cancel and was charged after I hadn’t used it since purchasing.
