My experience with adding pearls to my granddaughters bracelet was so easy. I connected with Beadiful with an online chat and they easily found the original order. I placed my order through their website increasing bracelet size. Mailed off the bracelet to them and received the bracelet back very quickly.

ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION DURING THE PROCESS OF GETTING AN ORDER TOGETHER, AND OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW DAYS, I WAS INDECISIVE AND CHANGED THE BRACELET STYLE, THE CHARMS AND THE LAYOUT.
