I found BDSA in a google search, and used for my tax depreciation report for an investment property! George's response to my enquiry via the website was handled promptly, efficiently and he offers a very reasonable price! thanks again George, I will be sure to spread the word to my friends if they require a depreciation report. :)

I used BDSA for two investment…
I used BDSA for two investment properties, Geroge is wonderful to speak with and he's an honest man, other companies tried to charge me double where as George took the time to understand my situation and needs and provided options for me to carefully consider. I carefully selected BDSA after doing some comparison shopping and I highly recommend George.
