I have worked with Megan Bridge of BC Tax for more than 10 years. Megan has provided invaluable advice and counsel. I had a hard time finding a tax company that made time for me but bc tax was able to solve my tax problems. I first became a customer in 2016 and I have had no new tax issues since then!

In order to resolve my tax problems, I basically had to start a new company from the ground up. I had no way of knowing how to do that – legally – so I hired the people from BC Tax to get the job done. The process was extremely time consuming, and I'll admit it cost a little more than I was initially wanting to pay. But at the end of the day, I did get the results that I wanted. I would work with them again if I ever needed to.

I met with the team, they were gracious enough to spend more than an hour with me and crunching some numbers to help me understand where I was financially and directly filled in some of the blanks that I had such trouble understanding.

Yes I used this company too. They did nothing and like the others when you ask a question you'll get an invoice. They prepared my abatement incorrectly and when I inquired they told me they were busy with theta season (yet I'm a paying client) and basically stopped answering bus so we stopped paying them because they figured they screwed us enough something needs to be done with these companies . The IRS holds you accountable for your taxes who holds these fraudulent companies accountable for the work they are supposed to do. Don't do it find a better and reputable company

When I first contacted BC Tax, I was a little hesitant about working with them. Their prices were slightly higher than some of the other quotes I had received, and they weren't completely confident about my transcript protest. Nevertheless, I decided to work with them because of the experience they brought to the table. I'm glad I did. They were able to sort through and compile my tax transcripts to prove that my tax balance was higher than it was supposed to be. With their help, I managed to reduce that balance considerably, and I eventually felt confident in my case.

What impressed me was the outstanding customer service and overabundance of attention to detail. In a world where going the extra mile and getting the personal touch fades as society becomes engrossed with technology and were the art of communicating on the phone is placed second.
