The quote for work (replace radiators and fit a kitchen tap) was received in hours, and once accepted a mutually convenient date was set. The plumber (Mark) arrived promptly on the appropriate day. He was pleasant and courteous throughout the day, and completed the work efficiently and without fuss, fuelled by multiple cups of tea! I am a repeat customer and would happily use BCA Plumbing for any future needs.

Ben arrived to service my combi boiler. I mentioned I hadn't had hot water for a few days. He completed the service and contacted Worcester as boiler was under warranty. He dealt with everything efficiently and tidied up after. Ben is really friendly and easy to get on with, and I will definitely use Ben for all servicing and plumbing jobs in the future.

From the initial meeting and completion of the installation, Ben & Mark were absolutely spot on, nothing was too much trouble even when they couldn’t fit the boiler where we wanted it. The hole Mark bricked up was excellent, you can’t see where the hole was. They also removed all the waste. We would certainly recommend them

Ive just used BCA plumbing and heating to upgrade my bathroom, Ben and his team was fantastic from starting the job all the way through to completion, they was really informative about how things would be done and in which order they would do it, they also adjust some pipework in the airing cupboard which was also done to a fantastic job, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber

Unvented tank, new boiler and new radiators, all done without fuss. Received phone calls on a slight issue and did a little bit of additional plumbing. Great service, would definitely recommend.
