Incredibly poor
I leased through my business a BMW iX1 for the last two years. Car was great, Alphabet was great.
Until end of lease.
BCAL took not one, not two, not three, not four, but 5 attempts to pick up the car, which is entirely unacceptable and was very costly for me. Communication from BCAL was generally awful.
Dozens of similar reviews on here suggest my situation isn't uncommon.
Alphabet and/or other leasing firms/manufacturers should consider alternatives to BCAL, I won't lease from Alphabet again until I know they handle end-of-lease differently.

If I could do a -10 stars that would probably be better. There is obviously a culture of denial in this company. They need a car and horses driving through their management systems. I have had two days off now and two failed collections. I’ve had to deal with Moody telephonist who do not see any wrong in the actions of their company. It is made quite clear that the if I failed to meet the driver when they collect then there is a financial cost to me. This should work both ways. If you’ve booked BCA, don’t bother booking a day off work because they probably won’t turn up. An absolute joke of a company with no system of complaint. I’d like to say avoid but lease company doesn’t seem interested in changing a disastrous formula.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They changed original collection appointment in March, failed to collect, rearranged to collect in April and failed to collect again. Why lease companies use them I’ll never understand. VWFleet have now raised a complaint with BCA director to get them to collect my car next week after it was dehired in March and stuck on my drive since. Appalling company.
Shocking service
2 appointments arranged now when no one has shown up. They don't care about wasting my time or the consequences for me now that I am over contract. Awful.
Terrible customer service
BCA missed the collection appointment. In order to accommodate their mistake I agreed to a new date the following week, with a stipulation that it must be in the afternoon due to my working pattern. They turned up in the morning anyway. Useless customer service
I had a very poor experience with BCA…
I had a very poor experience with BCA regarding the collection of my lease vehicle.
There was a complete lack of communication throughout. I received no updates at all about when my car would be collected and had to chase them myself by phone just to find out what was going on. This is not acceptable for a service that should be straightforward and well-coordinated.
I also specifically asked for the contact number on record to be updated from my partner’s to my own, yet this was never done. This added to the frustration, as important communication continued to be mishandled.
As a direct result of their poor organisation, I had to cancel two full days of patients, leading to a significant loss of earnings. This level of disruption could have easily been avoided with basic communication and attention to detail.
Overall, extremely disappointing service and I would not recommend.

When PCP contract came ot an end, Tesla had organised for my car to be colelcted by BCA logistics
The inspection report contained factual inaccuracies (including incorrect details about key items such as the V5C and charging cable), which were ignored despite being clearly raised. Instead of addressing these errors, BCA deflected responsibility and failed to provide any meaningful resolution.
I was also told after the inspection that part of the vehicle could not be assessed due to its positioning. At no stage was I informed that full access was required. This retrospective justification is unacceptable and undermines the credibility of the inspection.
Customer service has been poor throughout—dismissive, repetitive, and lacking any sense of accountability. BCA have consistently redirected the issue rather than taking ownership of concerns relating to their own processes and personnel.
Overall, a highly frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others to take extensive evidence before vehicle collection, as disputes are not handled fairly or transparently.
Avoid at all costs
Absolutely terrible company and service. I’d forgotten how bad they were as I haven’t had the displeasure of needing to use them for a few years, but I was very quickly reminded. Avoid at all costs (‘costs’ being a painfully fitting word). They will shaft you in all possible ways to ensure that they squeeze as much profit out of you as possible, and you are left with the bill to cover it. Thats how they operate. Last time they even insisted that I’d had body work done on the car when I absolutely hadn’t. How on earth can you prove otherwise with something like that? Horrible situation to be in, and horrendously anxiety-inducing. If you can take any other route, you must, for the sake of your mental health and wellbeing. Life is too short to be dealing with these kind of a-holes.
Totally unreliable.
BCA Logistics were asked by Mercedes Financial services to uplift my car at the end of contract. I telephoned, arranged a date and was informed I would receive a call 1hr before pick up. I received an email confirming pick up and asking me to reply with information regarding electric car being charged and ready for pick up which I did. On the day I telephoned and was told the pick up had been cancelled as they neglected to ask for the V5 number, nobody told me it had been cancelled. They said someone tried to phone me to get the number although my phone has no record of the call and they didn’t bother to leave a message asking me to provide the V5 number. I then asked when they would have informed me about the cancellation, they said I should have received an email and they are sorry the email wasn’t sent. The appointment was made again for the following Monday. I received another call telling me for some reason they could not pick up the following Monday as it was electric so they had to re-schedule for the next day when it would be inspected in the morning but would not be picked up until the afternoon so I would have to waste another full day.
Terrible End of Lease Collection
My lease company arranged for BCA Logistics to collect my vehicle. Appointment made online, following day they changed it to a date after my lease and insurance expired. Called up to query and told no appointments were available so had to bring it forward to get picked up before my contract ended. The day arrived, despite a million messages to remind me about the collection, the driver seemed to forget - chased the office at 4pm to be told they’d got delayed and wouldn’t make it (no notification). Rearranged for two days later, again waited till 4pm and chased the office, was told driver would arrive before 6pm. An hour later, driver called to say he was delayed and would be 8-8:30pm, queried how he’d inspect the car in the dark, driver couldn’t answer. Driver recalled at 8pm, said he’d be delayed further and he would now collect the car between 1030-11pm at night. I point blank refused as this was clearly ridiculous, driver very pushy and persisted, when I pointed out he couldn’t inspect the car at this time he just kept repeating, “you give me keys, I go”. Sounded very much like a scam and told him not to attend my address after 9pm.
Following day arrived at a more reasonable time, didn’t have a clue how to open or operate the car, refused to provide copy of inspection report until I persisted and refused to let the car go without it. Eventually took it with very questionable driving ability.
Car subsequently driven around by driver all weekend for what appeared to be personal use including driving to city centre location later on a Saturday night and parking until early hours of the morning on public street prior to return to lease company.

Good experience
I initially read all the bad reviews and was worried about my car being collected but the whole experience was really smooth. Communication from BCA was really frequent and informative, everyone I spoke to along the way was really helpful and friendly. Pete who collected my car on the day rang to say an estimated time and was friendly and polite. The car was inspected for no more than half an hour and all was ok. Don’t let all the horror stories scare you, my experience with BCA was very positive.
Watchdog need to investigate
Watchdog need to investigate. They frequently run up the bids by the vendor on the phone. Claim car is sold and is back in next day. Reports are false. When you go to collect they claim at the time of sale no faults. But the cars not check at the time of sale. Biggest fraudsters in uk.
BCA are Scammer and fraud
Scammer BCA Assured Claim was accepted and car was collected and returned to Manchester Branch But Manager spoke to Barry Watts director to refuse to refund and threaten to suspend account,sold non runner car described as runner Got My Money Back taking them into Court,bloody scammers ,They sell mostly Green report cars non runner engine and automatic gearbox dead.

Poor service
1 star because I can’t put 0. waited all day. Got given 2 different times and driver didn’t turn up at any of them. Phone call to customer services who said the driver was delayed and won’t make it and then rebooked me. A few minutes after that the driver turned up after all!(3rd March) . Over a week later (11th march) and iv received a speeding ticket from 2 days after it was collected from me.

Had a vehicle on PCP and arranged to have it returned via Toyota & BCA. BCA arranged to collect vehicle on a stated date which I informed them I couldn’t do due to work commitments. They told me there was no room for negotiation and had to be the set day between 8am & 5:30pm! I managed to take day off work only to be informed no slot had been booked as previously stated. They arranged for the vehicle to be collected two days later between 8am & 5:30pm.
Having sat in house all day twiddling my thumbs I decided to chase collection up around 2pm. I was told a driver would be with me before 5:30pm and would call me with any ETA. By 4:30pm I’d received no call so phoned BCA (again) only to be told there was an issue with the last collection so my car wouldn’t be collected today!
I’ve been promised a call back having made my views of BCA clear and been told they’ll try get someone here today.
Surprise surprise the vehicle was NOT collected as promised YET AGAIN so I’ve now been given a third day to sit at home for 9.5hours to hope the car is collected.
I’ve never in my life dealt with a bigger bunch of imbeciles! Why is it so easy to purchase a vehicle, yet trying to hand back is almost impossible?!!

They then promised delivery of a hire vehicle as a stop gap which never turned up. I have no faith that this vehicle will ever arrive.
