Excellent vendor

Excellent vendor - correct items (replacement cast grill and infrared burner - were quickly shipped. These were OEM parts in proper boxes (no surprises) that were well packaged.

This order took forever to receive

This order took forever to receive. I believe I waited about 6 weeks to get the replacement knobs I ordered. Then they delivered it UPS requiring a signature. I am not home during the week and this caused a problem with delivery because I had to change the address. Thankfully UPS called me and changed the address with me over the phone. BBQGRILLS told me they couldn't do anything when I called them to ask for a change. I don't find it necessary to be home for a signature for a few BBQ grill knobs. Lastly, they shorted me a knob.

Bad return policy

I ordered some items that were backordered. It was so long that I forgot I had ordered them so I was surprised when I got a shipping confirmation months later. I called and asked to send it immediately back for a refund. I was told I’d have to pay shipping as well as a restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous return policy.

This company has serious supply chain problems

Ordered a Napoleon burner for an outdoor kitchen build back mid-November and it's middle of February and I still don't have it. I understand an item being back ordered, but no one can provide info other than it's not ready to ship.

Dont order

Dont order. We made the mistake of ordering a fire pit that was in stock. After a week they said it would be out by the next week. This has been going on for 6 weeks. We do have them down to now saying tomorrow. That's been going on for 2 weeks. It's awful.

5 weeks and still waiting

I do not recommend buying anything from this company unless you don't need it for a really long time!! (like ever) after waiting five weeks I emailed them three times before I got any response. then I get an email saying my BBQ was on back order until mid august ?? but I didn't order a BBQ. then I emailed them again with no response !!! thank got I used PayPal I'm canceling the order and at least I will get my money back

Watch out if you want to return an item!!

It’s ok when it’s time to buy.

Trying to get a refund is a bad experience...Need to talk to someone and wait an hour on phone.
After waiting 3 weeks for refund, I had to recall them and send proof of shipping. Restocking fee of 35% is abusive.

This company has all you need when it…

This company has all you need when it comes to ordering and spending your money on good bbq equipment. That's about it. After you order you have ZERO customer service. My wife ordered the wrong bbq stand and all we wanted to do is return it. Their return policy is still from the late 80s. Restocking fees? Restocking fees have been pretty much a thing of the past in the USA. Ok so I agreed I'll pay 35% in restocking fees and two weeks later they have not "approved " my rma. This company would actually get a 4 star but with the lack of customer service, we all know CS is everything in a business they get 2 stars..look into the other site which my wife thought she was in..bbqgrills.com bbq without the S.

I really tried to refrain from leaving…

I really tried to refrain from leaving a less than positive review but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of items. When I ordered the website stated shipping information within 24 to 48 hours I am at 2 weeks now and out of 5 items I have an estimated delivery date for 1 item . I have been told on 3 different occasions that it would either be delivered by a certain day or would be shipped by a certain day each time it does not happen. I understand these are strange times but your word is your word.

Beautiful grill just not operating properly..

Just put my Napoleon Prestige grill together. However, the doors don’t sit flush. We followed the directions and video. I contacted the company, who connected me with Napoleon support. Their solution, sent me a .pdf of directions! I think they were implying owner error. However, it’s as if
the magnet won’t connect to the door fully close, even though the doors are flush.

We were thrilled to get the grill, but this hiccup and lack of helpful response has been frustrating. I’m hoping that Both BBQs and Grills and Napoleon stand behind their product and make this right!

Parts are as advertised and fit perfectly. My only comment would be on pricing. I believe they are priced at least 10-15% higher then should be, but what do I know. I’m just the consumer.... :). As stated parts are great and also arrived in speedy fashion!
