They made buying a house as stress free as possible. It was quick and we were updated at every step of the way. As first time buyers we had quite few questions and all of them have been explained well. They also quoted us fair price compering to others that we checked. They were recommended to us by our mortgage advisor and honestly we would recommend them ourselves.

No problems, all went very well.
Our IFA put us in touch with them and everything was taken care of with minimal input from us. All done without the need for lots of calls, emails and done swiftly. Would recommend.

Conveyancing solicitors are generally pretty awful, but these guys were surprisingly really good. They were helpful, responsive to emails/call and friendly, really competent too. Would use again

Our experience
We opted for the company through its association with Thomson’s Solicitors and the Unions.
We had to deal with them via email and post which presented problems on our side with limited technical ability and technical problems. With hindsight I wish they had advised us to use a local solicitor. As it was we had to use a local Solicitor for witnessing signatures and it seemed like we were doing most of the work with collating documents, completing forms and getting signatures witnessed.
Having said that, we got sound advice and were charged in accordance with their estimate. Things were completed relatively quickly.
