I went on their site to order a gun case as it looked a good solid case and cheaper than anywhere else by £10. As I entered the details I was offered a 15% discount as well which was great but just wanted to check something over the telephone. Tried to call, waiting for 15 minutes in queue as they supposedly extremely busy and then hung. With this I didn’t order but within 10 minutes I had an email offering me a 7% discount, was this instead of or in addition to the 15% already offered so I emailed on the internal messaging they have when you register. No reply so sent another stating not happy and why hadn’t they replied. Received an email stating they had left me a reply, guess what, no reply so I called it a day with the idea. Looked on the site at the gun case again and 30 minutes after I left the site I received another email with another telephone number offering to discuss anything concerning me over the purchase. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and just tried 3 times and the answer is “This number is not recognised”. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DONT TRUST OTHER REVIEWS THAT ARE GOOD AS IT MAY BE THE COMPANY WHO WROTE THEM. One star rating is far too high and only there because I couldn’t give NO STARS.

Adequate sales/delivery service but non-existent after sales service. BB gun failed. Contacted BB Guns by phone. After long delay, automatic contact to voicemail. Box full. Tried e-mails. No response. Absolute disgrace. Bought in the past but gun just got old and needed replaced. Pity replacement was rubbish!

So normally you get asked in an email to give a review and this store did not. So I think I should as I think they should get recognised for when a business does a great job.

So I've only bought green gas (varying types) and some BB's. Order was simple enough, and was shipped that day, full tracking details given and arrived the following day packed well with no issues.

I will be buying from them again.

Company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a new slingshot in the early hours of Wednesday morning, it arrived a day later at lunchtime. Pristine packaging and the sling is exactly what I wanted. The recipient of this surprise gift is delighted with it, too.

As an added bonus, it was the cheapest price for a Barnett Cobra in the UK (brand new). I will absolutely be using this shop again. Thank you!

Website states same day dispatch which suggests a speedy delivery when you pay extra for express delivery. Which i did. So 5 days is not acceptable especially when normal delivery at a cheaper price is supposed to be 2 to 4 days. On the invoice it said I had an upgrade of pellets which I'd ordered. I thought fantastic as it took so long for the delivery. On checking prices on the Web site it wasn't an upgrade at all as the pellets were the same price. Luckily the gun is good. Also I tried and tried and tried to ring this company to find out what was going on with the order only to be greeted with an answer phone. Then if you try and leave a message you can't as the mail box is full. Decent product, absolutely appalling customer service

Edit: added two stars as I have purchased a magazine and it works now, Sent me a Vorsk Glock 17eu the (-1*) magazine releases the all the gas after one shot, sent a video showing what was wrong, but I tightened one of the screws (where gas was hissing from) and it snapped wouldn't offer a replacement mag not even a discount because I voided warranty but the video clearly shows it was broken B4 I broke the screw trying to avoid sending the whole gun back, also had to wait for there delivery service (Evri -1*) to take 2weeks to deliver bb's and gas to find out the mag was dudd, now sat with nothing more than a fancy looking toy gun, will now buy a mag elsewhere and hopefully it was definitely the mag that was the fault but I'm 99.99% sure it was. GET THEM TO CHECK PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING!!!

I purchased some guns from you on the 15th of April 2023, these were presents for my son that he unwrapped and used on Friday 21st of April 2023. My son is 19years old this gun is the Double Eagal M23 Spring Airsoft Pistol. The silencer on this gun broke off today and he only opened it up from the box on Friday, so that's 3 days.

I ordered a Barnett Pro diablo slingshot. Bbguns sent me an email saying they were out of stock. However a week after ordering they sent it out immediately and order arrived next day. Very happy with purchase, well packaged and sealed. Cheapest anywhere I could find.

I made sure to check this site 1st before ordering as I have been scammed in the past & had others try & fail to scam me, I seen the reviews but now & again you have to take a chance & so I did, I can confirm I received my order with tracking provided 👍

I purchased some items for just under £100, paid for express delivery, and two days later, DPD couriers are telling me they don't have the consignment yet.
Worse still, this company's pathetic excuse for a service is not replying to my emails and messages.
Appalling customer service.
Update: Shortly after the parcel did arrive.

Good gun and price arrived on time I was able to track my parcel with parcel force so wasn’t waiting around I would recommend to anyone who is in to air soft and after a decent gun at a decent price

I see other reviews saying the same as I'm about to say: really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! I'm past 3 weeks waiting for the order and for the last 2 weeks I have been trying but unable to reach anyone by phone or email. Absolutely zero communication despite many hours trying on my end. I'm not even able to ask to cancel and refund so only chance really is to report it as fraud to the bank and see if I can at least get my money back.

Purchased BBGun for Christmas, was used a couple of times then stopped firing bbs out the end, they seem to be collecting inside the un-attachable silencer. Company has been contacted but no reply.
Absolutely disgraceful company would not recommend them to anyone.

Bit sketchy when I read they reviews and was a little skeptical over whether this was a scam. Anything but, my product arrived on time, with all the necessary parts. Yet to fully test it, from NI aswell and postage took 3-5 days as I requested. Would recommend!

I bought an airsoft gun from this company. Purchase was fine, item arrived on time. However, a locking catch ceased working before I had even time to assemble the thing. I contacted BBGUNSUK and they advised me to return it for refund or replacement. I sent it back using HERMES, as they suggested. Since it arrived with them, I've had no refund, no replacement and no response to any of my emails. It's now three weeks since the item was returned to them and I've had to open a case with PayPal. Whilst I appreciate that things might be busy for them with Covid, etc., just a simple email response would take the sting out of much of the bad feedback they seem to be getting. Right now they don't seem to be interested in refunding or replacing, which is a breach of trading standards regulations and so is actionable. Once the PayPal case runs its course, I'll look into the small claims system and see if I can recover costs and damages that way. very disappointing that a company can operate in this way, and still hang onto their credit card facilities.

• 11 days later & now resorting to paypal dispute but may have to end up with a solicitor's letter.

Positive reviews generally appear to be written by customers who did not need to return anything.
• Return advice on their site is a run-around.
It says go to returns page but that states do not return anything without contacting them first. This is Very Difficult when they are uncontactible & do not reply on any form of contact.
• Definately not worth your time, your money & frustration when things go wrong.

I ordered a BB Pistol from their website along with a bag of 4,000 BB pellets. The gun arrived a day late without the Pellets and the receipt said that both of the items were there. I have tried to contact their customer support via email and haven't had a response for over a week. I've even sent a follow-up email to check what was happening and no response. Gun was also scuffed on inside as if it had been used for a long time before. Would not reccomend.
