Competitive prices, but more to the point, excellent customer service. I placed a small order and called them 3 times. Once to check the product was correct, 2 to place an order by phone, 3 for the tracking number. Every time Wayne was friendly and helpful. To make my life easier, he sent me an email with the order where I could simply hit a link and pay by card. Very helpful.
I purchased a small ladder.
Competitive prices and very quick delivery, ordered Friday morning and it arrived on Monday morning.
Item was sturdy anyway but came wrapped in clear plastic and is in good condition.
Phoned BBF towers for information before my purchase. Wayne was kowledgeable and helpful. I bought a Lyte 5 tread widestep ladder at the best iternet price I found. It was delivered free and with care on the scheduled day. The handrail drilled holes were misaligned. Wayne organised delivery of a new ladder with the handrails installed. Brilliant service! A shout out to Steve from Lyte who delivered with a smile and collected the faulty one. I am delighted with the build quality of the ladder. It is very refreshing to find a company like BBFscaffoldingtowers with staff like Wayne who are helpful, professional and thorough. A rare find, and one company I would not hesitate to recommend.
One of the best prices on the internet for LFI ladders and delivered free within 2-3 days. Excellent service. Perhaps more indication for when delivery, but for me it worked out great
