It's a shame really as the products are very good. I have ordered quite a few hats all good quality but they only sent half my order. Their loss.
I ordered 3 hats and received only 2. I decided to return these 2 hats. The returned parcel arrived at their premises 24 days ago and I still haven’t got money back. I’ve written 5 emails and also contacted customer service via their website. I haven’t received any response not to mention the refund I’m due.
Excellent Customer Service. Ordered a few items from them and they are always good quality and reasonable priced.
There was a slight issue with this order, I rang up and spoke with someone called Sally, she sorted the issue out immediately and sent the hat by post the same day.
Can't fault in any way and would recommend and purchase again from them.
So this hurts me to have to write this review. I love the products and already have a couple of the hats which are excellent quality. I ordered a product two weeks ago, an incorrect item and a faulty product were delivered. I immediately informed BBCo and took photos, and sent them proof of this issue. I was promised a call back which never materialised, and no response at all from their Customer Service Team. The products are great but the customer service is the worst I have dealt with. Never promise a customer anything if you cannot deliver.
