Best bang for your buck I've see anywhere really

Very dissapointed!!!
Communication was great on when item was finished and shipped. But now that I want to talk about reimbursement i cant reach anyone. The item is turning my girlfriends finger green. I don't believe it's real gold when they tell you it is real. Very disappointing. Definitely will not use them again. Guess the joke is on me ordering jewelry from a site that doesn't even have a phone number to contact someone, only emails.
