I didn't receive my order when it said package delivered i was outside and seen the postman put the mail in the mailbox when i went to retrieve it there was no package i don't want a refund just a replacement.

Received merchandise that was unwrapped…
Received merchandise that was unwrapped and expired. Called and emailed several times to resolve the problem. Did not get a response until I called the fourth time. Both companies said they issued a refund and its been over 10 days and I haven't gotten my money back. Buyer beware! I will never shop this merchant again.

The wrong item was delivered
The wrong item was delivered. Notified them that I wanted a return or exchange that same night. Eventually the issue was resolved. Would order from again.
