My Experience has been so positive so helpful Greg has been so understanding lm so looking forward to traveling with them next year .

Due to the death if my partner, I wasn’t able to go on the holiday that I had planned. i explained to Bayfinch and it was not a problem.They immediately refunded me. I look forward to booking a new holiday with them in the future.

We had several ideas on where we’d like to go, and both Paul and Mark were so helpful, even through all the back and forth. Very quick to answer questions and come back with alternative suggestions.

Greg kept me informed of the hotels etc for Thailand which I asked about. Although not booked yet but very helpful.still considering the options but came up with a good selection.

Had a really easy and stress free experience booking with bayfinch for my holiday to Thailand, Indonesia and Bali.
Gregg was really helpful, got back to me quickly and was able to tailor everything exactly as I wanted.

Booked an holiday with Bayfinch last year and I had an incredible time. Decided to book another one this year and for reasons beyond my control, I’ve had to make lots of adjustments with the bookings and worried at a point that I could lose the whole package. However, Greg was incredibly patient, understanding, provided information in a timely manner and was able to process my rather unique requests. I would like to say thank you to you guys and most especially Greg for providing an excellent service!

I reached out to Bayfinch holidays about a possible trip . Dylan was very prompt with his reply and very in depth with his his research . Unfortunately I’m not sure if at this moment in time if we will be able to do the trip due to other circumstances. But Dylan was very helpful and not too pushy !
