No proper dark mode
Playing late at night would be easier on the eyes with a dark theme, but their so-called dark mode still has blinding white popups and banners. Kind of defeats the point.

Delayed live results
In live baccarat the video seemed a second or two behind the results showing on the screen. It’s small but really distracting. You see the outcome text before the cards are even turned over.

Too many emails
Deposited once, lost, left. Now they spam me almost daily with “offers” and “exclusive deals”. Tried unsubscribing twice and it still keeps coming. That alone is enough reason for me not to return.

Casino feels cold
Hard to explain, but the whole place just feels mechanical. No friendly touch, no real celebrations, just numbers going up and down on a bland screen. Losing there felt more depressing than usual.

No clear limits (or too hidden)
Deposit and loss limits are somewhere deep in settings. If they actually cared they’d make them obvious. Took me too long to find out how to control my spending.

Sound effects drove me crazy
Can’t stand the constant beeping and fake cheering every spin. I tried muting but then the slot reset the sound when bonus came. Small thing, but it made the whole experience more annoying than fun.

Fussy document rejection
They rejected my ID photo because of “small reflection” and then my utility bill because it was black and white. Felt like they were deliberately dragging the process out.
