Hello Partrick. I'm sorry to hear that you were surprised by customs duties and were left unsatisfied. Why did you not contact me for help?
Our website clearly states in the FAQ and the terms and conditions of sale that we cannot collect any import taxes or duties at the checkout and that they are the buyer's responsibility. Since 2021, the EU has charged VAT on all imports outside the European Union. It is entirely outside of our control.
Your order specifies an adapter for a Bulletini mic, which was attached to the unit in the package. What do you think you received, and how does it differ from what you expected?

Great solution for a guitarist who plays blues harp!
I play guitar and harmonica in my blues rock band. This is my 2nd time buying gear from Battle Plan. This time around, I purchased the Bullet Buddy and Ammo Clip for a Shure 520DX. A few years ago, I was very satisfied with the rig I bought for my Nady VH1, but I was pleasantly surprised with a yet more improved design and material of the new Bullet Buddy. I'll likely place an order very soon for another Bullet Buddy rig for a 520DX.

I bought the HB52 clip a while ago and it's perfect. Now for the JT30 clip, I had to sand a little the part that touches the paint because it managed to peel off a bit of the paint. Recommended.
It's great to have the option to purchase your products no matter what part of the world you're in. Greetings from Mexico.

Bullet Buddy Magic
I am absolutely stoked with my Bullet Buddy, with the SM58 adapter. The order arrived quickly considering I live in Australia. It’s so easy to use and super easy to change harps. Sounds fantastic and each time I play a gig I am receiving good feedback. It a game changer as I am singing, using a looper/drum machine and playing lead all with a big emphasis on plenty of harp.
