Poor comms and customer service
A fun but expensive activity. thanks to poor communications and customer service We had a bad second experience when they had changed their height policy and not been informed at any time, so when we arrived we couldnt race as a family as our youngest was now 2cm too short.. their customer service and comms has been shocking (1 week plus delays in emails) multiple questions about the booking despite sending screen shots and confirmations, and some rather curt responses. it took 5 weeks to get a refund with lots of chasing to a achieve this as a refund was not possible at the venue. Battlekart, sort your communication's out - especially on height, your customer services requires improvement, and consider improving value and extending sessions by even 5 minutes. The activity itself is alot of fun, but these other supporting elements are essential.
