Terrible platform! I have had a withdrawal submitted for 10 day’s. Says its under review and no answer from support after 5 attempts.
Obviously a scam! Glad I didn’t put alot of money in there!

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Batonex. While I was allowed to withdraw my initial deposit, I was not permitted to withdraw any of my profits. To make matters worse, my account was deleted without any explanation, leaving me unable to access my funds or understand the reasoning behind this action.

This situation has been incredibly frustrating and has raised serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of Batonex as a trading platform. I expected a professional service that values its users, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I strongly advise potential users to be cautious and consider other options before investing their time and money with Batonex.

I have taken withdrawal on 11.Apr.2025 in to my metamask its still pending and support team is also offline worst exchange

Update: I've changed my rating from a 1 start to a 3 star. They reimbursed my losses after doing an investigation and seeing what happened. Withdrawing took more than 36 hours after emailing (or using their chat box) for support.

Look at the Trump perpetuals contract and how the price can deviate more than 90% from market prices to see how they can liquidate you - be very careful with this exchange (my entire position got wiped today and it was leveraged under 3x).
I even emailed CoinmarketCap to delist them because of this but CMC wants further details to proceed.

Actually from my point of view I honestly do think this company is growing and has it stands, it needs more of wheel power and team work to grow

I am having issue with withdrawing from Batonex. "Currently not allowed to withdraw" shows in my withdraw page all the time. I completed kyc and contacted help line. They just tell me to wait for the update email which never come. Good thing is that they are still responsive. The bad thing is that they dont solve the problem for you.
