What a lovely friendly bunch. After a bad customer service experience at a competitor i decided to try Bathwick Salisbury. Even though they were busy due to staff sickness they were so nice and didn't let the busyness affect their customer service. They were great. Will be recommending to everyone i know.

Salisbury, Wilton Road branch. I had a puncture and phoned the branch to see if they had any availability to look at my tyre. Paul on the telephone was excellent and said just bring it in immediately and they could look at it. Got car into the branch and within 15 mins they had engineer look at tyre to confirm it could be repaired. Declan completed the repair and within 30 mins I was back driving the car again. Fantastic service from Paul and Declan and very reasonable cost for repair of tyre with puncture. THANK YOU !!! I would definitely recommend Bathwick Tyres in Salisbury.

Used this company a few times and yesterday had two new tyres. Completed on time, as always friendly service and even a free drink if waiting. Wouldn’t use anyone else in Weymouth. Always gives good advice not trying to sell you something you don’t need.

Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this garage.

I booked my car in for a diagnostic and they were very quick to take payment. When I collected it, they told me I needed a post-cat sensor, but couldn’t give me the diagnostic report because they had cleared the warning light. I was told I’d have to wait for the light to come back on.

When it did, I was then told over the phone that it was the pre-cat sensor, but in person they said it was the post-cat, so I was given conflicting information.

I booked the car in to have the work done after one member of staff said I could source the part myself, only for someone else to then say I couldn’t. I dropped the car off, but within an hour they called to say they had ordered the wrong part with the wrong wire length. They didn’t want to order another one and refused to complete the work.

When I collected the car, I politely asked for the diagnostic fee to be refunded. They had taken my money, given me conflicting information and then refused to carry out the repair. I then had to pay another garage to diagnose the same problem again. The whole process completely wasted my time, energy and money.

They also told me that all four tyres needed replacing. After everything else, I went to Checkpoint Tyres down the road for a second opinion and was told they were completely safe and still had plenty of miles left in them.

The whole experience was awful. It felt like they were happy to take my money, but had no real interest in helping me fix the car.

It’s been 2 weeks since i couldn’t get my service ordered and prepaid at Bathwick Tyres.
No one has contacted me about the refund or offering a discount. Customer service is absolutely horror. i wish i could
put 0 starts !!!! would be very helpful if someone could contact me 🤨🤨

I broke down after my tyre blew out. I was around the corner at the end of the work day and my ABSOLUTE HERO, Dave, saved me. I rang up, Dave calmly offered help and advice. Despite it being the end of day and last minute, he had it all fixed and sorted within 30 mins from the tyre popping.

Friendly service, very reasonable rates, and genuine kindness. I would put 6 stars if I could.

A massive hats off to Bathwick tyres in Bath. I had to have the tracking rods on my Saab 9-3 replaced. It turns out to find ones that fit as rare as Unicorn pooh and the lads relentlessly tried every supplier they could and didn't give up until we'd been through every supplier they could. A massive big up to Raul who managed to source the right parts from Portugal and personally ordered them himself. Once the wheels were off they couldn't be put back on untill the right part was found which took one of their ramps out of action for a month. They were so good patient and polite about where as I'm sure a lot of other garages would have given up and made me move it or refused outright to work on a car where the manufacturers are now defunct. Thanks a million lads

Raul at Bathwick Tyres in Bath is amazing and we would highly recommend him and Bathwick Tyres in Bath (on Lower Bristol Road). We arrived first thing in the morning when it opened as we had an issue with our front wheels. Raul quickly worked out the fault after checking our car and fixed the brake pads and discs so we could get to work. Raul was friendly and brilliant at his job. Thank you Raul!

Fantastic experience from the team at the Bath branch of Bathwick tyres / Protyre when completing a recent service on my car. Special mention to Rahul - very friendly and helpful.

Went to Bathwick tyres Westcott place Swindon as needed an urgent tyre replacement for a damaged tyre.I had to drive to Heathrow later that day to take my grandchildren to catch flight. After trying several other tyre fitters I came across Bathwick where Lewis was able to replace my damaged tyre at very short notice and got me on my way.Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Really well looked after.

Took my car down at opening time with dangerous sounding grinding noise . Reception directed me to a lovely man named Raul. He swiftly got my car up on the ramps and found the problem immediately.

Left with my car with Raul and within 2 hours, had a lovely call from him to say car was ready to collect.

We were out for the day, but they said it was fine to leave the car with the until we were done.

Such amazing service from start to end. Being miles away from home, it was so nice to know my little car was in amazingly safe hands.
Thank you so much Raul and the team for looking after me.

I have used this branch for tyre fitting on a few occasions, and they've also helped me out with wheel issues.

I got a nail in my tyre close to the branch in the morning, and Paul went above and beyond to help.
Advice on how to change the tyre myself when I was stuck on the side of the road, checked the tyre with the nail to see if it was repairable, rang me soon afterwards to update me, and fitted me in on a busy day to change both my front tyres. Tyres were changed in less than 20 mins! Wholeheartedly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff that take care with your car. I've used them over a number of years for tyres for my car, my wife's and my daughter's. They are my go to tyre service. Branch- Newport, Gwent.

Company is re-locating & weren't technically 'open' however James was on site and fitted a wheel hub & cable ties on all wheels without charge. Really grateful to him.

Seen very quickly within 5 mins of arrival for an urgent puncture repair. Samuel and Lewis and team were very fast and efficient and helpful and got the tyre repaired ready for me to make a long journey today.

After me and my daughter driving everywhere just to get a new tyre and centres being closed ona Saturday or come back next week,Bathwick Tyres are a godsend!! Brilliant service, the guys made our day with their easy going conversation and quickwit. Watching them deal with other customers they have a consistent good natured approach and happy to help solve their problems the best way they can. My daughter will definitely not go anywhere else from now on.

Seen quickly without an appointment last thing on a Friday and diagnosed issue of slow release of air due to tyre corrosion

Huge shout-out to Raul for saving the day! I was in a total panic after my phone slid behind my dashboard, and despite the garage being busy and me not having an appointment, Raul treated my situation with total kindness.
​It’s one thing to be good at your job, but Raul went above and beyond with his attitude. He was patient, super friendly, and turned a stressful morning into a great experience. We need more people like him in customer service! 10/10 service. Thank you!

The fitting process is quick and simple. I’ve not given 5*’s because I’ve had all four tyres fitted here in the last few weeks and the tyre soap hasn’t been cleaned off on any of them. A quick wipe wouldn’t go amiss.
