Mexen Shower 1500mm screen (Black)
We recently purchased a Mexen Shower door 1500mm in black. The communication from the team at BSI following the placement of our order was very good. They advised of its availability, how long before it could be dispatched and the date and window time of arrival. We'd happily purchase further products from BSI.

Bathroom store this is just not on to who it may concern I m kennedy Bathroom store got in touch after me putting a review up offering me a discount I had to get another 1 from another store
Do not shop here the service is a disgrace I got this shower screen last year was still in the box got the bath room only done nowall was going to plane putting screen in and shattered on top of the lad that was doing it got in contact with bathroom store by. Email not a reply back I had to go and buy and new 1 and the difference even in the thickness of the glass so don't buy cheap u will get no response from them and thank god my grandson was not in this shower would of been left in a bad way

We are very sorry about the initial delay in getting back to you. As discussed with my colleague this morning, as the door had been stored incorrectly it caused the breakage. It wasn't an issue with the product. A remedy had been offered by us, but this was declined.

Slow Delivery and Poor Communication
Took about a month to receive my order and held up a bathroom project. Staff in the office do not seem to know when you can expect delivery. I had to contact them several times and was always given a vague answer. Would never order from the Bathroom Store again.

The shower screen I purchases absolutely terrible instructions are incomplete terrible to understand the hardware is poor flimsy quality and the shower enclosure leak both sides the doors don't stay on the rails at the bottom terrible stressful experience from start to finish

Absolutely fantastic guy's to deal with, so helpful and their advice is on point because i would have never known some of the attachments i would have needed for my Bathrooms.
I have no problem in recommending Bathroom Store Ireland to anyone who is thinking of doing up or remodeling your little oasis away from a busy day. Just think 🤔 a hot bath, candle's and a glass of 🍷 in your new bath ohh don't forget the bubbles 🙂

return packaging refusal
customer service not helpful cannot return an items that where never used but stored in a refurbished house. Can NOT return due to boxes being opened and retaped be aware if u want to return you better not open the box and use tape to seal as they wont accept return
