I had a fantastic experience with Bathroom Mountain. After placing an order for a heated towel rail, I contacted customer services to get advice on the correct matching valves. Haider was incredibly helpful, quickly identified the right products for my installation and provided links to both the manual and thermostatic options so I could compare them.
