Fab company, best prices, fast delivery, no flaws, would definitely recommend. Ordered a whole Eastbrook bathroom suite, from them, thrilled with it really modern and excellent quality. Upgraded the bath to one that holds the heat longer and is stronger a Beaufort, really pleased I did you can tell the difference. Review is of the Malin bath with Northall toilet and sink.

Basin order
This issue has now been resolved. BathroomDeal are not the company arranging delivery. This was not specified on completion of the order or on the confirmation email. If I had been aware then I would have answered the calls. Being self employed you get a lot of calls from outside the area that you work, so often they are ignored and not answered. I have altered my stars to 3 to reflect this and maybe BathroomDeal can improve customer service.
Ordered a basin form the company on the 4th May 2023. Received email to let me know the order had been received and a member of staff would contact me for delivery. As of the 10/11th May still no contact. Called company on phone line which went straight to answer phone. Left message for them to contact me but still no contact. One irate customer awaiting the fitting of their basin.

We are sorry to hear of this issue but as with many other companies, we find it is more cost-effective and efficient to outsource our delivery service. The delivery service we use is a customer and communication-focused method where all our customers will get contacted to arrange the best day for delivery and also provide all the information regarding the delivery including timescales. They are also specialists in fragile goods handling which because of the nature of goods we sell is a very important factor.
According to our records, we left you a voicemail on 05/05 at 12.33 and again on 11/05 at 11.22 before arranging the delivery with you a little after the second voicemail. But if these were not received I can only apologize.

I ordered 2 shower screens from Bathroom deal and was contacted quickly to arrange delivery, the order was delivered on time. When I found a problem I was a little concerned as I had read the reviews on here. I rang bathroom deal and the lady on the phone was very helpful, immediately offering to collect and refund the order, however I said that I would just like a replacement and again that was sorted swiftly. I am really pleased with the screens and would definitely use Bathroom Deal again.

Really bad descriptions, they are misleading with their pictures and you pay a lot of money for something that is far away from reality and what you expected. Avoid by all means!

Sorry to hear that, I see that you have placed 2 orders with us, 1 on the 7th of march for a Vantage shower side panel and a riser kit with soap dish, and then another order on the 9th for a vantage pivot shower door. Your order over the weekend has not yet been dispatched.
I would like to understand what part of our descriptions mislead you, and how the product differs from what you expected. Service is our top priority and we will work tirelessly to resolve your issue so that you get the products you require.

I purchased an electric radiator which didn't come with the parts it needed to power it - this wasn't made clear on their website (they told me a pop up should have told me, but it didn't). After receiving the item and realising it wasn't compete they then told me I needed to pay extra (almost £150 on top of a £300 radiator), for those parts. I then asked for a refund to which they charged me £50 to process/return. I am coming to the end of a renovation project and have never had any issues with companies to this extent.

With an order of any radiator or towel rail, once you have chosen your required specification and added it to basket it will pop up with the additional items you will need, for example if I am repeating your process then it will first come up with the Fluid Filling service that you will require (which is where we fill the radiator and then fit your chosen element)
Once you have added this to basket you would then need to go through to the next step, where it will show you the elements that will fit this radiator, for example for the radiator you picked there is only one element that will fit, the Type A 100-Watt element.
Once you have added this you have finished the process.

Then choose the 500 by 950 and electric heating method as you picked for your order then it will take you through this process.
