Bathroom Deal Recensioni

I bought a flat cover plate for the radiator and I was impressed with the customer service. Someone called me the same day I placed my order to confirm delivery days available and where to leave it if I wasn't home. She was very friendly, fun to talk to (a laugh - cheered me up) and the delivery was made as promised. The radiator panel is really good and just itted and it looks great. Thanks

Product was good value and arrived when specified

I ordered a P Shaped bath panel on the 19th August 2025 from Bathroom Deals. The same arrived but not left where I’d request in fact it was left by my back door in full view of the street. When I came to try and fit the same I found that it would not fit, due to a smaller sized circumference of the P. I rang Bathroom Deal customer service to enquire as to whether or not they-had a panel that would fit. Again as other reviewers have commented the lady I spoke to was very off hand when I asked the question I asked if they had a panel that would fit my bath and was informed I would have to pick a panel then ring up and ask for the specifications. I asked if she good give me the specifications for a panel that would fit and was told she could not. I told her I would like to return the panel and was again told in a brash manner there would be a 20% charge. The panel was collected for return on the 26th August 2025. From this date up to the 22nd September I had no communication from Bathroom Deals until I emailed them regarding this matter. On the 25th September 2025 I received an email asking for a customer number which I could not find on any paper work but as on all correspondence I’d quoted their Reference number. To cut a very long and stress episode short I have eventually received my refund on Friday 3rd October 2025 From my experience I would not recommend using this company. There Customer Service is Diabolical

Excellent product great service and delivered on time

This is the second time I've bought items from this supplier. Everything went perfectly - the items arrived as promised and in good condition. Interaction with the company was professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Smooth easy process to order on line followed by a call to arrange delivery at a suitable time. Product is high quality and looks great in my bathroom

Very good service , delivery was quick and hassle free . Received a phone call to say when it was coming . And the product looks great . Very happy , Thanks Bathroom Deal .

Fabulous customer care great communication. Bought majority of my bathroom bits (toilets, sinks etc) from here - well priced have recommended to others.

Found everything I needed with ease. Communication regarding delivery was first class & delivery of my orders very smooth.

The shower rail is well made and very competitively price

Quick delivery. Good quality items at a reasonable price. I had tried unsuccessfully to get the bath panels from various main stream stockists but a friend recommended you and you had the exact items I needed.

Good prices. Called me to arrange delivery and delivered exactly as agreed. Perfect!

Good service delivery on time product excellent would use again.

Good quality bath and delivered within timescales! No issues at all, would use again.

Appalling company acting unlawfully.

Delivered a towel rail on 14 April 2025. It was stored in our spare bedroom in its box until needed by our bathroom fitters. Bathroom fitters unboxed it on 20 June 2025 to find that it was rusty around the valves. Sent images to Bath Deal who said that I am beyond 30 day return policy. I highlighted that I have up to 6 years to return a product with manufacturer error. Again they replied 30 days company policy. I phoned and spoke was told I would be out on to Manager Charmaine. I was actually put on to Lucy who must be the rudest person working in customer services. She agreed that I have rights under the consumer rights act but refused to do anything about it because their policy is 30 days. I warned her that this is unlawful and that their policy does not supercede consumer rights legislation. She just kept speaking over me in a very aggressive and unprofessional way.

I have tried to find company details so I can right a legal letter to their CEO. There are no details available online. Dodgy company, operating unlawfully, rude staff - best avoided!

Great prices on the radiators, cheapest I could find online and fast delivery!

Order delivered very quickly and brought into hall for me. Delivery man very helpful and friendly. Good product.
