Just had 2 bathrooms renewed and am absolutely delighted with them. Stuart and his team were professional, informative,hard working, tidy and really nice guys. Also have to say thanks to Marianne, at the showroom, who was very patient at answering all our questions and changing things at the last minute. We would highly recommend them to family and friends.

One star only because none is not an option. I ordered a 5 metre Impey Floor membrane a month ago. I have been told several times that it is on its way. The last time, on a Friday, I was told it was due to be delivered on Monday. that did not happen. I have tried calling today - no answer. I will give it one more try on Monday and if that is unsuccessful I will have to go via my bank to get my money back. Bunch of crooks.

Ordered a Kudos Pinnacle shower cubicle online, I noticed a could collect from the showroom free of charge so I went with that option, 2 days later I was offered delivery free of charge as it was in the local area, Can’t fault the service.

Ordered a matki shower recess door over a month ago. Initial emails were responded to when we enquired as to its whereabouts but trail has now gone cold . Phone number on the website goes through to the store the online store is separate to the physical store but share the same phone number . Physical store takes your number but there’s no call back. Disappointing and has delayed the project . Request for refund has gone unanswered

I'm reluctant to leave bad reviews for small businesses, since I know they can impact people. However, I had such a poor experience with bathroomcentre.com that I felt I shouldn't be quiet about it. I ordered a shower tray, which was supposed to arrive in three weeks. After two weeks, I emailed for a status update, since I was getting nervous that it might not arrive before my plumber started work. No response. Oh well, I concluded they just weren't very good at admin.

After three weeks, I started ringing, as well as emailing. Every time I spoke to someone, they were ever so friendly and helpful, and promised to ring me back that day with an update, once the right person got back into the office. No one ever rang me back. Oh well, I concluded they just weren't very good at admin.

My plumber was due, so I rang up to cancel my order, but.I was told they'd just been in contact with the supplier, and the shower tray was out for dispatch. But no tracking information ever arrived. So I rang up, and they agreed that perhaps it wasn't out for dispatch after all. So I cancelled the order, by both phone and email, and ordered another shower tray from a different supplier. My selection was limited to what would arrive in twenty fours, at that point!

I was told on the phone that I'd get a refund for the shower tray that was never sent, but two weeks passed, and no refund was issued. Oh well, I concluded they just weren't very good at admin. So I emailed to let them know I'd be disputing the transaction. No response. Oh well, I concluded they just weren't very good at admin.

I disputed the transaction with my credit card supplier, and got a refund. Now, seven weeks later, I've just had a notification from the credit card company that bathroomcentre.com are challenging the refund. I don't know if that counts as "not very good at admin" or "good at admin if it involves trying to get money," but I'm unimpressed.

Brilliant site this , was looking around all the plumb centres on Wirral and couldn’t find what a was looking for as it was a particular size bath , found this site and found what I was looking for within a day , very reasonable price for a good branded bath will be 100 per cent using again in future .

From start to finish I was handled with such professionalism and efficiency. Would 100% recommend this company to family and friends.

Bathroomcentre.com where very knowledgable on the products we where after. The shower enclosure and the tray where delivered on a separate orders but where delivered when they said they would be. Would use again for our next bathroom project

I ordered a bath, sink unit and toilet from bathroom centre and arrived very promptly. They were quick to answer the phone and arrange convenient delivery. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a Jis radiator for collection,
I got a call from the showroom 3 days later to let me know it had arrived, Cant fault the service

Item was in stock and delivered next day by 10am.
