Ordered and it never arrived, got told it was no longer their problem as they hand over responsibility to a shipping company and so now won’t reply, delete all my comments on Facebook and Instagram. How can I get my hard earned money back?? How can horrible people get away with this.

They don't Send items as the same as…
They don't Send items as the same as people below I placed a order on the 17th of May and was emailed 2 days later saying my items were been shipped out! I had a tracking number that doesn't work they do not Respond to emails or anything and I mean zero response they just completely ignore you if you mention this on there Facebook page they Delete your comment! There a disgusting fraudulent company and people need to avoid these they take your money and don't send the items and then ignore you.
I'm calling Visa on Monday I will get my money back Scummy thieves.
It's funny the first comments they get are from 3 of us who all placed orders in may and all off us got no items and zero response or help it's evident there taking People's money and not sending items.

Use with caution - 52 days to deliver to UK
UPDATE...
My item finally arrived after 52 days.
However during that time they ignored all emails, they banned me from their Facebook comments for asking where my item was and then for moaning that they deleted my posts asking where my item was!
The customer service is abysmal. Covid May bring delivery delays but they appear to be using the slowest method ever and there is absolutely no excuse for persistently ignoring requests for information. The site says the phone number is not English which is fair enough but challenging when you’re advertising globally on a platform such as Facebook!
Their returns policy is 30 days but delivery is more than 60 days - there appears to be a potential issue here.
If you do buy - BUY WITH A CREDIT CARD should you have need to follow up.
Original post They do not deliver. They do not respond. Ordered 8 May, it’s now 13 June with no response and no delivery. Tracking started in china 8 May and stopped 13 May then nothing.
They even delete my messages on fb asking for a response (which I posted as they haven’t responded to numerous emails and messages sent via their contact form).
Avoid at all costs.
If you decide to purchase do so with your credit card not debit so you can claim back because you will need to!
They have a lot of staged comments too. (Blank profiles etc)

SCAM - BEWARE
ORDERED SMALL ITEM FOR MY DAUGHTER ON 22 MAY, IT'S NOW 11 JUNE AND NOT RECEIVED, HAD AN EMAIL SAYING DISPATCHED THE DAY AFTER MY ORDER, FROM CHINA! THEY GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH ALL IT DOES IS SHOW YOU HOW MAY DAYS ITS BEEN IN TRANSIT - I THINK THIS COMANY IS SCAM, BEWARE PEOPLE - THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT,
