bath4all.com Recensioni

Great experience, fast shipping, and great pricing. Would highly recommended Bath4All

Just an all around fantastic experience ! Website is very east to navigate. I ordered a Toto Drake 2-Piece Toilet and Soft-Close seat with delivery expected in about 3-5 days ! I was very surprised when I received delivery the next day !
Pricing was reasonable, packing was excellent and product was perfect !

I found what I was looking for at a competitive price and my order shipped really quickly

I needed a rough-in adapter for a toilet I was installing in my home. bath4all.com had the best price and shipped it to me _very_ quickly.

Bath4all had a great price on the piece I needed. It shipped quickly and arrived without any issues. I would definitely shop here again.

Prices were competive and delivery was super fast and packaging was excellent. Had other toilets delivered in the past from other companies that arrived broken with no protective packaging.

I was able to get a hard-to-find product on their site. The price was right matched with great communication and quick shipping.

My family and I are very happy with the TOTO S7A Washlet. It has many advanced features, yet it is easy to install and use. The cleaning function works extremely well, and the overall quality is excellent. We have had a great experience with it and have nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience ordering a TOTO replacement lid from bath4all.com. It is a very specific and difficult to find part. The website product description was detailed and matched the part I received. It shipped quickly and I was provided with a tracking number.

Got a Toto toilet and it was priced well, no issues. Good website descriptions compared to the others I was looking at.

I ordered from bath4all because they offered the best price for the toilet I needed and offered free shipping. I also got a 5% discount as well. The shipping was extremely fast and the toilet arrived faster than I could have imagined. Even when there was an issue with stocking the toilet I wanted, bath4all accommodated my needs and provided me with a suitable alternative. I liked my toilet so much that I'm going to purchase another for my other bathroom from them. They're still the best price around.

Great product, reasonable price, and fast shipping! SO happy with our new heated towel rack!

Answered product questions, filled my order, delivered it quickly and efficiently... what else can I ask for? Oh yes, accurate product information! I've looked at the same toto bidet seat on several websites and all had conflicting info, but these people were the ones who had it right, which I really value.

I needed a toilet with bidet seat and I was reluctant to purchase from an unknown company, but their price was lower than anything else I could find. So I called them, and the customer service was surprisingly knowledgeable - they helped me measure my rough-in distance, and even showed me a trick on how to save an extra $15. I received my shipment well packaged and faster than I expected so good experience.

Bath4All has the cheapest toilets I could find online. Ordered a Toto Drake toilet and received it in just 2 business days. It was extremely securely packaged and works perfectly. High recommend to all buyers!

I had an excellent experience with them. Ordered a toilet from home depot first, it came broken, then I ordered the same toilet from bath4all and it came in perfect condition, faster, and cheaper. I had a an installation question and they responded with meaningful advice right away. Good guys

Not recommended. Ordered items showing in stock on website, says they will ship next business day. Waited 2 business days and had not received a shipping notification. Called the number on the website, answer was "hello?", very unprofessional. Was told the item is backordered for 3-4 weeks, however I was never informed.

Would not recommend. I purchased a Toto toilet set with bidet. While delivery was quick, one of the parts was broken (not sure if it was broken in transit or before it was even shipped). Even though I inspected the products on arrival, I didn’t discover the broken part until I went to install it 50 days after receiving it (bathroom remodel got delayed). Well…it’s past 30 days so they say they can’t get a reimbursement from the shipping company and therefore won’t replace it. They offered me a 50% discount to buy it from them again, which I’ll admit is something, but still not the customer service I expected. Note: the shipper was Ferguson Enterprises, so they appear to be just another storefront for Ferguson.

Update: owner says they are a small business and the product shipped from Ferguson because they handle warehousing for Toto.
