First of all- my son wanted the 2022 Voodoo bat and The Bat Flip store went above and beyond the estimated order delivery date for the initial order on Jan 22nd 2022.. The 33 (-3) Voodoo was a great bat for my son until it broke in tonight's game. I emailed
Steve from the BATFlipshop to see if I could order one from the bat-flip-shop and they were out of stock. However, the owner of the store called me and said that he would find another bat from his industry colleagues.......and he did-even though it was from his competition!! And he did this on a Friday night. When I talked to him he said he does if for the kids and I truly believe him. I'm so impressed with his customer service that I wrote this review...…which in itself I do not do ever take the time to do but felt obligated to do something for his store.

Anyway- if you order from here- this company will take care of you even beyond expectations!

I ordered new catching gear for my son as a rewards for hitting honoral student grades. When I ordered I was not aware of any out of stock or delayed inventories, until I placed and confirmed my order. As the baseball season was starting and panic hitting me like a tsunami, I reached out to batflipshop... They found the colors and size of what we needed and delivered in less than 10 days. I am very happy with the service, support and deliverables.

I was searching for a difficult to find bat this season and bat flip shop had one available with a 4-6 week shipping timeline. My son really wanted the bat so I went with it (it wasn’t even available to buy on other sites). At four weeks I thought I would check on status by emailing from my order email. I thought a response would likely be automated if I got one at all. To my amazement, I got a nearly immediate response from Steven from a personal email. He was honest and said he was hoping the following week he would know more. Then within the week he proactively called me on my cell phone to tell me he wasn’t sure how much longer it would be but that he personally found me the bat from a competitor. He reached out to the competitor store and checked to make sure it was available and waited on the phone with me while I checked out with the bat from another site. He then refunded my order promptly. I’d never heard of batflip and I’m always a little hesitant to make big purchases online from unknown sites. Let me tell you that this service left me thinking “who does this?…giving business to a competitor because they want me to have that bat!” I have three kids and buy a lot of bats. Batflipshop.com will always be my go-to moving forward. Unbelievable service! Thank you Steven! I appreciate you!
