Very good experience, low cost and the board quality is very good !!

Second time using BasicPCB. They're really great for anybody that is looking to prototype. Other companies charge huge amounts of shipping costs or have minimum quantities that don't support prototyping.

BasicPCB also had a really timely shipping process given the size of my order. Quality of boards is good as well. Tested it for electronic connections and everything is working soundly.

Acceptable experience for first timer.

As a first timer, I am not familiar with much of the process. I was able to manage through the interface in selecting the correct files for the configuration. I had tried going through the configuration process on a couple other sites which seemed a bit easier to navigate though. I think a bit more documentation would improve the process.

The speed of making the boards was acceptable even for my small order. The communication of the shipping process could be improved by sending tracking numbers directly to email or even just putting it on the order status page. I did send an email that was answered that day when I requested a tracking number.

I only needed a handful of the boards I ordered so I would have some spares on hand for additional devices in the future. Each of the boards I have used so far have worked without issue.

Really impressed! I ordered a 0.62" 5"x3" board with 1oz copper and it was made and shipped within a week and is excellent quality. The cost is if not better than some of the DIY all in one web based PCB houses without having to use their frustrating software packages. BasicPCB just uploads gerbers and gives you a quality affordable PCB.

I am a first time customer ordering a PCB for my college senior design class. They had a quick and reliable turnover time, affordable prices, and it looks great! Would recommend!

I use these guys time after time, and they consistently deliver properly made boards. My only complaint is that they don't offer a way to reorder a previous order without having to enter board specs and upload drawings again. That would be a big plus.

If you're looking for super customized than you'd probably have to contact them or go with someone else. Though if you're a hobbyist and/or are prototyping BasicPCB is the way to go. Price is good, quick turnaround, and delivery. So far in several different orders I have only had a couple of boards that didn't work and that was mainly an auto route problem not a manufacturing problem.
Have done and will continue to recommend BasicPCB to other makers.

My first time user of BasicPcb and I can say....very satisfied!!!! I've used other pcb houses but for a hobbyist they got out of reach price wise. I did the Valuespec order...the quality was very good..holes drilled on center...I used small silkscreen characters and they were very readable. The pcbs worked great. They were good with communications and the delivery dates were on time. For sure I will be back as I have some more Arduino projects to do and need some real pcbs. USA too! Thanks again!!

Assembled my first ValueSpec board yesterday. Solderability was great, board looks very good. I could not believe the low cost, shipping included. Made in USA is a plus. I have two additional boards planned and will definitely use BasicPCB for them.

The company responded promptly and helped with changes I needed to make with my design/files. Very satisfied with the board outcome too. I did a simple two layer board w/ silkscreen. Boards were not a bad price either.
