I bought the Heart Cutout tank top in Isatis Blue and it developed some discoloration pretty quickly (4-5 wears, hand washed it about 3 times) so I was pretty disappointed, as I thought that for the price (95 EUR) it should not be looking like that this fast. The fabric also became a bit loose in general, but not a major problem.
i emailed customer support and they immediately offered a refund and I returned the tank top. They issued the refund as soon as the top arrived back to their facility.
They were also responsive as pretty fast. I asked them if the discoloration was specific to the Isatis Blue colorway and they said yes and it is expected to happen, as the garment is supposed to change color and develop over time. That is fine if someone prefers a sort of natural tie dye effect, but I think it would have been useful to mention this on the website.
I ordered the top in a different color, so I am hoping things will go well!

Customer service is unresponsive. My emails are ignored, and I'm still waiting for my return label. Last time, I had to wait months for my refund. Is there only one person working there? The quality is so poor in some cases that I question their much-touted sustainability. Why can't the company live up to its ethical standards when it comes to paying customers?

Very difficult to return an item. You have to wait for them to send a shipping label. Cannot return pants even if not tried on. Quality nothing special. A scam.

Dårlig kvalitet. Jeg har et par bikinni bukser som jeg har haft på en gang. Da jeg havde dem på første gang, så jeg at de var løbet i syningen og var gået op. Kundeservice spurgte om billeder og siden har jeg ikke hørt noget.
Jeg satser ikke på at købe deres mærke mere,- da prisen er for høj i forhold til kvaliteten.

I bought a few items from Baserange (pants, sweater, and a top). Pants were generally okay but the elastic often twisted. After only a few wears and 1-2 washes the tops are unwearable. The wool sweater tightened/matted (washed in cold water). It was stiff to wear and areas where there were bends or angles were stretched out, so you could see the fibers. The other top was way too small even though I followed their sizing. I know it's a natural dye but the fabric picked up a lot of other colors and when washed would become patchy. I'm disappointed in the quality, durability, and ability to stand regular wear, especially for the price. There are other good natural brands out there that last longer.

I emailed Customer service and they were quite dismissive and would have long gaps in between communications. I am still waiting on a reply after they said they would compensate/refund me. Generally a demeaning interaction.

My recent experience is not a pleasant one.

I’ve been wanting their cute Tav tank top with wooden beads. The style is very nostalgic and hippie. I was not sure it’s worth the price, but bought it for Christmas anyway. After the first wash (hand wash in lukewarm water with silk detergent) I hanged it to dry and the beads stained the top all over. The beads also started looking old.

I tried contacting the customer service, but they haven’t replied to me at all.

I feel scammed…

After lusting afer this very much hyped-up brand for a while, I finally splurged ( a hundred almost!) on a few pairs of knickers from the sale. They come in neat glassine envelopes and all very well, but the actual pieces I found ill-fitting, too small or just plain silly. I liked the tank though, but the pants are a big no for me.

I love their cloth so much !!!
Though, the durance of the cloth I cannot say much about yet, as I only have discovered it recently, and havent used it very long... so far I have bought around 13 pieces. And I am truly in love with every piece. Arrival is also quick, and lovely packing 😍

Customer service is horrible. I emailed them twice, contacted them on their Instagram twice about returning my item - never got any response. I’ve never felt more ignored by a company who sells goods. Will never buy anything from Baserange again.

Been emailing back and forth with customer service for such a long time now. Their natural dyed clothes stain so badly, it ruined pieces of furniture and other items of clothing. They first offered me a 15% discount code and I wouldn't let me return the item to get a refund. Then after weeks of emailing back and forth they did allow me to return the item and provided me with a 50 euro gift card on top of the refund, which still didn't add up to the damage their item has done but hey, okay. Now I'm not able to use the code they provided me and they take so long to reply or come up with a solution. Would not recommend
