Thank you so much Baryo Ilocano, finally received my goods today. I fairness the goods are very well packed. Its my first order and problem encountered because of the courier (which is I understand its beyond seller's control once it has been passed to the courier). To be honest I was a bit disappointed on what's happening but I can't put the blame to the seller because it's the courier's fault. But what I can say is that the owner/seller is very friendly and customer service oriented, they are very hands on and responsive on my concern, they assured me that they are handling and escalating the problem. They give me an option and opted an alternative courier to resend my goods yesterday and finally i received it today. Very satisfied still after what happened! Kudos to Baryo Ilocano!

Note: Before placing an order make sure you are aware of the risk of the frozen goods so that you won't put the frustration to the seller incases delayed happened.

This shop was referred to by a friend. I was surprised at the budget-friendly cost of their products plus the minimum amount to avail free shipping. Everything was well-packed and delivered fast.

Baryo Ilocano is selling items at a low price and still gives discounts. It delivers orders at minimum amount of Euro 40. The seller provides a friendly customer service.

The good:
- items arrived in good condition
- packaging for frozen items is VERY good, blew my expectations

The very good:
- my wife is happy with the order, I get to live another day

The not so good:
- disclaimer for frozen items could be more visible
- order processing very fast, before we could see the frozen item disclaimer and cancellation policy it was already shipped

The neutral:
- Post NL used as forwarder, they are not reliable, but also no other better alternatives

I ordered some of my favourite product from BaryoIlocano. The price is good and its not that expensive and packaging of the items are GREAT. Esp the frozens it was sealed properly. Although the delivery got delayed but it was still good. The seller is very kind and responsive and also give noticed before shipping the orders. I will definitely order again.
