Working with Lila
This is my first time working with Barton and Associates. My recruiter is Lila and I will be starting an assignment next week. So far I have experienced an excellent process since Lila is very proactive in bringing solutions and working through difficult situations. She is receptive, organized and she works very hard. She is always in contact with the provider, building a good relationship and rapport. She tries to make the process very smooth.

Nick ,who was your associate that assisted me through the process with Franklin Square Hospital was very attentative. He called me freqently with updates about this Locums.The problems I had mostly came from the hospital itself.

Locum since 2024, ask for Max at Barton
I’ve been locum since 2024, and Barton Associates is easily my top choice, specifically Max Dorb & his team. They’ve been transparent, easy to work with, and proactive. My experience with them has been fantastic. Don’t just take my word for it—look into them yourself, I’m confident you’ll be impressed. It’s smart to have 2 or 3 locum companies with your info out there, but Barton Associates is the one that’s consistently come through with great opportunities.
