Barton Assoc is my very first Locum Job. My first recruiter left and I was devastated. The previous recruiter told me she would make sure my file would be handled by one of the best.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recruiter, Daniela Barrera. When you work locums, having the right recruiter makes all the difference, and Daniela is truly one of the reasons I am able to continue embracing and enjoying my locum life.

Daniela makes sure I have contracts that are a good fit for me, but her support goes far beyond the contract. She makes sure the details are handled, from my travel arrangements to my rental car and everything in between, so I can arrive at an assignment ready to focus on my patients instead of worrying about logistics.

What makes Daniela so special is that she genuinely cares. She calls to check on me, makes sure I am doing okay, listens when I have concerns, and never makes me feel like I am just another provider filling an assignment. She encourages me, advocates for me, and has been a consistent source of support throughout my locum journey.

Locum life can be an amazing experience, but there is a lot that happens behind the scenes. Having someone like Daniela in your corner makes that experience so much better. I know that if I have a concern or need something, I can reach out to her and she will listen and do everything she can to help.

Daniela is an exceptional recruiter, but more importantly, she is a special person. She is truly a bright light at Barton Associates, and I am incredibly grateful to have her as part of my Livin’ La Vida Locum journey

Have been with them for a while looking for a niche position and we finally connected with the perfect position. Nick has been great with coordinating my application and onboarding. I couldn't be happier.

Everyone is so responsive to my questions, they all return my calls promptly and help me with computer problems, filling out forms, and keeping track of my certifications. They offer me interesting assignments in the areas i might want to visit and work.

I am consistently amazed and impressed by the level of service provided by my representative, Breanna Daigle-gray. She never fails in being professionally responsive and prompt with not only her opportunities to me, but the supplemental presentations to the facility. In addition, she always demonstrates having my best interest at the center of her focus. I could not ask for a better representative. I currently work with 5 LOCUMS companies, she is by far my number one contact and would be an excellent example for any others to recognize and train by.

I’ve worked with Barton Associates and one of their associates several times before, and my previous experiences have always been great. Unfortunately, this assignment was a completely different experience.

I accepted an assignment at an Army base, completed all the required paperwork, and received confirmation that I was cleared to go. However, after driving approximately three hours to the assignment, I was not allowed onto the base. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but after speaking with the appropriate supervisor, I was told I should not have been there in the first place. The entire situation was chaotic and extremely frustrating.

I made the trip in good faith based on the confirmation I received, and now I’m still unclear about compensation and what happens next. I’ve reached out by email but have not received a clear response. Very disappointing experience, especially considering my previous positive experiences with Barton Associates.

Chandler is excellent. Friendly, calm, resourceful, professional, detailed, honest and on top of things.

Also appreciated Marrc’s contribution this time.

The training commitment from the client (Clinic) needs to be more solid and they should be more accountable to Barton.

More short telephone communication/
Less texting with admin/billing would be more personal and more efficient.
