Very friendly and helpful staff. Importantly, they told me in advance the expected cost, and promised to contact me before starting any work that would cost over the stated amount.
Cost actually came down as a staff member recognised the system simply needed re-setting to remove a fault code. So, honest as well

Excellent customer service start to finish and the bodywork repair they did was perfect. Communication all the way was spot on right up to the lovely washed and hoovered car being delivered home which was a great touch. So much so a friend in the motor trade who saw the job they did is now going to send all his bodywork jobs to Barnet Motor Medics. 10/10

Great experience with the staff at Motor Medics. They provided a good service within a reasonable timeframe. They are also really welcoming and made me feel comfortable by having friendly conversations which made the experience more personable and enjoyable. After my car was repaired, they even went one step further and delivered my car to my workplace for me. Top service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

In todays busy world it is rare to find a company with good and friendly communication, great administration and excellent craftsmanship . In Barnet Motor Medics we have found ALL three. My car was involved in an accident , I sent photographs to B.M.M. they assessed the damage and I had a competitive quote within 24 hours from them. The car was booked in three days later and fully repaired in 4 days. The quality of workmanship was excellent and I will be using B.M.M. service again should I require it. Have been using Barnet Motor Medics for some years now and have always had excellent customer service from the staff with both repairs and servicing. You are kept well informed and any work is carried out to a high standard. Had an issue with slight engine shake which was identified and rectified. I am more than happy to recommend Barnet Motor Medics to anyone.
