Excellence service as usual.

Such a courteous and helpful team, keen to help keep a 20 year old car working well. They carried out an initial brief inspection, which was without charge. They were able to identify the cause of the problem and the technician explained face to face the parts and labour required to fix it, using genuine parts where possible. We booked a provisional date for the works dependent on the parts being delivered and my availability. On the day of the works, the team were again efficient, courteous, good humoured and helpful. The technician invited me to see the old, damaged parts that had been removed from the car. Outstanding service, thank you!

I stupidly hit the kerb and burst my tyre on Lancaster Road Barnet. The car literally stopped outside Barnet Motor Medics who came to the rescue immediately! The staff were courteous, kind, reassuring and funny, offering me tea and instantly calming me down. The tyre was replaced in no time at all. I’d thoroughly recommend this lovely company for any motor repair needs!

Quick diagnosis of problem, parts sourced and same day repair. Very helpful staff, fair prices, will use again. A vastly better experience compared to going to a main dealer as previously done.

My car battery was going flat every time I went away and/or did not drive the car for 2 or 3 weeks even though the battery was only 3 years and was only 18 months old when this first happened. I was told by the breakdown service that it was not the battery so asked a garage to check the battery, the alternator and for a battery drain during my last service; they said everything was fine. In desperation I asked Barnet Motor Medics if they could check the alternator and for a battery drain. They were able to book me in very quickly and said they would check the battery first. They found it was the battery after all and replaced this for me. Very good service, pleasant staff, and I am very pleased to have this problem resolved at last. Will be using this garage for my MOTs and services from now on.

We have a campervan, which I managed to damage... the wing mirror needed replacing and a small scrape on the side needed fixing... also, the aircon wasn't getting cold.

So there were 3 quite different things to sort out - replacing a part, body respray and aircon. I couldn't find anyone locally who could do all 3... until I found Barnet Motor Medics, and I'm so glad I did.

They were helpful, professional, and courteous... and they did an excellent job, quickly and efficiently.

They are now my new, go to garage and I will be taking my car and campervan to them in the future for my servicing and MOT's...

Things didn’t go smoothly. Some parts that I expected to be fixed weren’t done after being left out of the estimate, which I hadn’t noticed. After a bit of to and fro they agreed to repair those parts. I appreciated the flexibility and willingness to be reasonable. They seem like decent people, also cheerful and pleasant to deal with. The work was done to a high standard. I will go back.

I rolled into their shop with some serious issues, and they tackled them like pros. H took the time to break down what was going on with my car and was completely honest from the get go around price and timings for the repair. The team were friendly and welcoming and even helped save me money on parts that other garages would definitely charge you for!

Highly recommend these guys if you have any bodywork issues.

Had a bad scuff mark on my rear bumper. To my untrained eye looked like the bumper needed spraying. Took the car to Barnet Motor Medics. The guy had a look at it then started polishing it with a machine. To my amazement the marks all came out ! Another garage quoted me £430 to repair it. Great instant repair. I am really impressed by BMM's helpfulness and honesty. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Genuinely the best garage experience I've had.

My wife's car broke down late in the evening, the rescue car people weren't overly helpful but Barnet Motor Medics let us chat to them (after their office was closed!) and sorted the problem in less than 24 hours.

All while being very friendly and reassuring. Very grateful to have found them!

I have used Barnet Motor Medics for seven vehicles this year, of which four were my for my company Letterbox Distribution.com. The garage is spotless, as is the reception. All of the staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The explanation on the work needed is clear as is the outlining of costs with no hidden extras in the jobs they carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending them, providing they do not get too busy that they cannot fit me in :)

Booked online and got confirmation email. Turned up at the booked time, and MOT was done straight away/ Comfortable place to wait. Nice guys working there.

If I could give 7 stars I would! Professional, kind , friendly and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer! The workmanship and attention to care is second to non. Also very reasonable in price. What more could you want?
