Ordered items which were accidentally sent to the wrong address due to an autofill error at checkout. I contacted customer service immediately to try and resolve it, but they refused to assist or make any attempt to retrieve the parcel.

They relied solely on proof of delivery to that address and declined a refund or replacement, instead offering a discount to purchase again. This leaves the customer out of pocket for goods they have not received.

Very poor customer service and no willingness to help resolve a genuine mistake. I would not recommend and won’t be ordering from this company again.

Purchased the 3 in 1 water bottle.
I waited over a week for the bottle to arrive, but the bag still hadn’t turned up. Despite sending numerous messages, I was repeatedly told there was a delay and that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. It’s now been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting.

I was told the bag had been dispatched on the 26th, and when I asked for tracking information, I was then told they couldn’t provide an individual tracking number because the bags had been shipped in bulk. The communication has been really disappointing, and the whole experience has felt unprofessional.

I also paid extra for personalisation on the bottle, but you can hardly see my dog’s name because it’s overshadowed by the large company logo. It would look much better if the dog’s name was the main feature, with the company logo displayed smaller underneath.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the service and the product, especially considering the price. I expected much better.

Comfortable shoulder strap, treat fit in the bottom and my dog is happy drinking from the bowls.
Empty hands walking and the fact I can drink from the bottle is brilliant.

I purchased the Barkt Bottle 3-in-1 Dog Water Bottle because it was marketed heavily around avoiding plastic exposure. The website uses phrases such as “no exposure to bacteria-harbouring plastic”, which reasonably gave the impression that water would not come into contact with plastic during use.

However, after receiving the product, I discovered that the bowls are plastic-lined internally and the lid is also plastic. This was not clearly explained on the product page, despite the bowls appearing stainless steel in the images.

I raised this concern with the company directly. Their response focused heavily on defending the wording and product presentation rather than acknowledging how a customer could reasonably interpret the claims. They eventually agreed to cover the return shipping cost after several emails.

The most disappointing part was the refund process. The return was delivered back on the 30th of April via tracked delivery with my order details enclosed inside the package, yet I received no communication or refund update and had to chase the matter myself nearly two weeks after delivery.

I appreciate that the company remained polite throughout, but clearer product descriptions and better communication would have prevented most of this experience.

Fantastic water bottle for my two dogs, great carry case and it looks lovely. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this company. Very happy customer.

Amazing company, lovely product (water bottle).
The water bottle i ordered came very quickly.
There was a cover, that was on a free offer.
However, the stitching was faulty.
I WhatsApp'd them, and they answered very quickly.
Sent me a free replacement - also very quickly.
This is how a small business should be.
The product is great too. Will get lots of use between me and the dog. 😊

I ordered an adventure cup and a lane lid to match, unfortunately I had ordered 2 different colours and hadn’t realised. Within an hour of ordering I received an email just checking my order was correct. They sorted my error immediately and informed me of the status of the stock.
This company is amazing and well worth a visit to their website , they have some brilliant products and I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. Thank you team

Really robust leads and bottles, with 2 bulldogs using them they need to be!!

The material of the lead and collar are such good quality. Very strong and lightweight.
The clips on the lead are different from the standard ones, far superior in strength. The collars grab handle is so useful. The clip on the collars means I use the collar for his walks only. And can easily remove it when he is at home.

The water bottle is a great design and perfect for use on long walks! Robust and practical.

What a game changer!

I have a 5years old Parsons & join our village dog walking group regularly on long walks.
I like to have water for Teddy & me .
Although he is partial to a muddy puddle .
My new Barkt water bottle & handy carry case is superb.
We can now conveniently carry enough water for us both , due to the design .
Added bonus of separate handy bowls to take along some treats for him too.
Great quality & well thought out design.
