Absolutely the worst week sleep ever .why would premier inn put families with uncontrollable kids in bedrooms above customers wishing to sleep ,I complained twice.but was just told if it happens again ,basically get up get dressed and come to the reception. Then how do you get back to sleep. It’s a joke. Going to be staying at the ibis next door this week

David who was a customer assistant at self checkout today, he was extremely helpful and super friendly . He handled the self checkout with such ease and care for every customer (swiftly wiping up spills one handed
and reassuring the customer whilst still helping. He deserves a shout out as he really made my day. I do hope this compliment reaches him as I am aware that often this doesn't happen.
