I recently had my cloakroom and bathroom completely refurbished. From the moment I met Jorge in the showroom I knew I was in safe hands! The work was all done on schedule and to a very high standard, and I am absolutely delighted with the end results. I would highly recommend Barker Fleming.

Just completed is the second project carried out by Barker Fleming on our behalf. Both have been absolutely seamless and finished to a brilliant standard.

From the start to the finish of the process, the Barker Fleming team were helpful, friendly and supportive. Jorge guided us through the design stage and our fitter, Gavin, was excellent. Adding a bathroom and renovating another in an old house wasn't straight forward but they came up with solutions and tackled our queries head on. As other reviews have said, you get what you pay for and we would heartily recommend them,

Having had our en suite done by Barker Fleming several years ago, we had no hesitation in going back recently to ask them to design and fit our main bathroom. The service from Jorge, Michele and all the team there is first class from start to finish. The quality of the products is superb and the workmanship of the fitting (by Gavin) is excellent. The bathroom looks stunning - we are very pleased with the end result! We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience! The initial design phase took place before we were even in the country but by the time we got back all was ready to go. Both the showroom staff and the people who worked on our bathroom were exceptional. They are all knowledgeable, competent and friendly - a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them (and indeed already have!).

From the very first moment we walked into the shop, the team at Barker Fleming were all so friendly, very helpful and I have to say, extremely patient, as we didn’t really know what we wanted and kept changing our minds, just like kids in a sweet shop, we were spoilt for choice and options! The wealth of knowledge BF had was first class and having chosen them to completely redesign and fit our bathroom , this became very evident and proved that previous ( other well know companies) had given us inaccurate advice and in many cases rather dated suggestions. The fitters were so respectful throughout the project and never messed us a round. Our bathroom has now been completed and it looks fantastic, great quality furnishings and exceptional fitting and tiling . Would I recommend them…… in a heart beat …. Might cost you a little bit more but if you want a quality job, great knowledge and a truly professional service then Barker Fleming is the place to go !! A big thank you to all the team.

I had faulty HiB mirror from an installation done in 2018. There was an attempted repair 6 months ago but it went wrong again. The fault was on one door the light would work but not on the other. Jorge, working with HiB secured an total FoC replacement. Above and beyond Service. Using a top class supplier is worth it.

New Shower Room
It's the second job they've done for us, they transformed a small room that just had a toilet and washbasin into a lovely shower room. We are very pleased with it, especially the good finish.

Quality products and friendly, expert advice from the showroom staff - coupled with patient, highly skilled craftsmen - helped to transform our old bathroom into a modern, attractive and luxury wc and shower room. Thank you!

Barker Fleming have installed a beautiful bathroom for us. We had numerous consultations with them before and during the process and found them helpful and responsive to our wishes. The installation process took over a month and was pretty tough for the fitters. They were always friendly, respectful and sympathetic. The finish of the bathroom is superb and the various units all work perfectly. The cost of a project like this is fairly high, but you get what you pay for. We would thoroughly recommend Barker Fleming.

Having approached a number of parties we decided upon BF for our complete kitchen/utility room replacement project.

This was largely due to the exceptional service provided by Rebecca throughout. She was very attentive and patient and always took time to explain our options and provide advice in terms of various aspects of the project.

We were very keen on having the project largely completed within 3 weeks as we had rented a house for that period whilst the work was undertaken and this was accomplished.

BF managed the whole project exceptionally well and the quality of the work was first class.

As ever, there were a small number of snagging issues but these were addressed efficiently/in a timely fashion.

Overall, whilst the project certainly wasn’t cheap we are extremely happy with the final result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BF (including on a full project management basis) or using their services again in future.

Highly recommended! We recently moved home knowing that all the bathrooms needed updating and as is often the case with older houses, it wasn’t going to be an easy job! However, Barker Fleming have been fantastic throughout - from the initial design, to the project management and then on to the actual build and fit-out. They have a great team that pull in the same direction and have a genuine care about the customer and the property in which they are working. We’re delighted with the end result!

As we all know these days we are overwhelmed by requests for feedback. I only do so where it is merited. BF fitted a new bathroom for us and they have done a fantastic job. Started on time, really high quality workmanship and materials and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

My bathroom was completely redesigned and refurbished by BF a couple of years ago. I’m still thrilled to bits with its look and functionality. The team at BF can be proud of their excellent standard of work and professionalism. Jorge is a gem!! I would thoroughly recommend.

I have been delighted with the service and work from Barker Fleming. Even though I'm sure mine was a small job for them (fitting a new shower and flooring), I always felt like my business mattered. Having Jorge project manage the work has been so helpful and the workmen were all courteous and I felt like I was in good hands throughout. Thank you!

Refurbishment of kitchen and bathroom over a busy time before Xmas. Both to a high standard with excellent project management. These involved quite a few skilled personnel and all were helpful and cheerful. We were kept fully informed of their timings throughout and my extra ‘demands’ were helpfully accommodated. Hardware and skip arrivals were all on time and daily tidying up excellent. These were not cut-price projects but, as previously, we were very pleased and satisfied customers.

We have had the team with us for about twelve weeks. The task was creating a new bathroom, a new ensuite and rejigging internal walls to modify the dimensions of two bedrooms including creating a dressing room space.
We were very pleased with initial talks regarding the design aspect of the project. We felt we were skilfully helped in making choices and really helped in this respect by jorge and rebecca with showing us products in the showroom and using computer aided design to help us visualise the final look. We felt totally confident that this team knew what they were doing from the outset. At no stage did we feel pushed or rushed to make decisions. The project itself was regularly overseen by jorge and we felt he was always on hand to manage queries and tackle unexpected snags. i cannot tell you how well this was managed except that we felt that our concerns were listened to and solutions were reached as quickly as possible with a positive attitude of supporting us the clients at all times. Given that we had a large piece of work done over an extended time i can honestly say that we felt relaxed that we were in good hands. Nothing is too much bother for the team on the ground, they are pleasant and relaxed in their manner and clearly very skilled at what they do including the preparatory building work done by Jess and the bathroom fitting by gavin and ben.
we were very pleased that decisions were channelled through us so that we felt included/consulted and there were 'no unexpected surprises' as a result. it is inevitable that in a big project there will be dust and noise and a sense of intrusion into the living space. nonetheless i felt the team to a man managed this professionally and with courtesy.
In terms of costs and payment we felt we were keep well informed about the cost of the project and any deviations/extras.
we used barker fleming on the recommendation of friends. we are not disappointed in any way. we have had an excellent experience. if we needed similar work doing in the future we would not hesitate to use this company again. the project was delivered onetime, within budget and to the high standards we expected. our sincere thanks to a great team!!
