I'd never heard of Bargain Shack before, so was a bit uncertain about ordering from them. Fortunately, my parcel arrived very quickly. I shall certainly use them again. Thank you.

There are lot of expectations buying from Bargain shack as a first time buyer, I was overwhelmed with the joyful surprise when I opened my pot, I was dancing for over 5mins in the middle of my unboxing, I so much love and love my pot, will surely recommend to family and friends

Item arrived broken - complained and disappeared into a black hole, no action

Absolute rubbish delivery system does not work. I was expecting to receive a delivery today and apparently it was rejected. We were in all day so how does that work!

Easy to navigate the goods on-line, straightforward to order and complete purchase, item packed securely and delivered on time. Absolutely no problems at all.

the kettle I recently purchased from this company is a dangerous design as the steam outlet flows back towards the hand that tips the kettle to pour. This scalded my hand. I have complained through Amazon and suggest they take this off their sales . There are several reviews on Amazon complaining of scalds from this kettle. So far I have not been able to get a refund and get repeats to my requests to tell me to return the item yet they have not picked it up or given me an outlet who deals with Evri. Amazon have been no help either and so far I have spent many hours trying to return this from several outlets. I think an apology and refund more than due to me and action to remove the item from sales ads "SQ dainty legacy kettle" sold with toaster as a set.

I Purchase 2 walking stick umbrellas at a good price and delivery was fast, but package was badly taped and got damaged in transit only one in package, got a refund for the missing item ok but if it had been better taped it wouldn't have fallen out and you wouldn't be out the price of refund, would buy from again as you were helpful

not reliable. l ordered cooking pots and other stuff to be delivered to ireland but was returned by customs and the company didn’t even tell me up till now why customs returned them to sender. After waiting for so many days for it. is disappointing and frustrating

Wrong item sent, no response when emailed

Good products but getting them was a bit convoluted. If you would indulge me:
1 ordered a mixing bowl and blade retainer. Instead I got a mixing bowl and chopping blade. I contacted BS (coincidence that their initials stand for something else?) who asked me to send a photo of erroneous item. WTH? Do they not know what a chopping blade is? Anyway, I did this and then was contacted to clarify what I actually wanted despite the fact that they (presumably) had access to my order. I replied to this e-mail (all contact to this point was by e-mail) making it crystal clear what had happened. I was called yesterday by a very nice young lady who told me they had a retainer in black but not white. Spooky, because I originally wanted it in black anyway but it was shown as out of stock on the website. Anyway, today (after 1 week) I finally got my item so I'm happy(ish). I just don't understand why, when ordering items online goes awry it's so often such a palava to correct.
