You had to substitute some items but did this cleverly - and wrote me a handwritten note explaining why. Fine!
The delivery story is odd. I got messages from Amazon saying delivery was delayed and would not happen until tomorrow. I needed the keyrings today, as gifts. I contacted you, and Tracy responded helpfully. Then further messages - and the stuff arrived yesterday. Also fine!

“Due to incorrect stock value we are 5 short for the cruise ship Keyring.
We’ve included 9 pcs,
Please contact us for the remaining.”
I do not feel this is acceptable,please INFORM ME whether you can fulfil my order if not I expect an immediate refund for the outstanding order
