Very happy with Bargain Car Rentals Australia in Sydney and with their service and help. They explain everything well and help you when needed. The pick-up from the airport is also a good service.
And above all the car was very suitable and good.

Great friendly staff with great prices. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend if you want the ease of pick up and drop offs at the airport. The base is located out of the Sydney airport but they provide a free shuttle. It became a nightmare at drop off before hours as we have a 7 month old. Having to arrange a taxi with an infant car seat costed us more than anticipated and would have been cheaper to have booked a car rental AT the airport.

Value for money is brilliant with Bargain Car Rentals. I have used this business now 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed.

Am a returning customer for Bargain Car Rentals Australia. All things considered, they offer a decent car rental option for anyone who does not insist on car pick-up or drop-off at airport.

Almost everything was great...check in lady was very pleasant...only drama was the 30 minute wait for a shuttle to airport..lucky the plane was delayed so we may have missed flight.

I originally booked a Kia SUV, but when I arrived, I was given an MG instead. I understand that rental companies may substitute vehicles with a similar class if the booked model is unavailable. However, the branch had almost all MG vehicles available, while the only Kia on site was a 7-seater.

I was very disappointed with the replacement. The MG lacked power, was less fuel-efficient than expected, and the exterior even had visible rust. Overall, it did not provide a comparable driving experience to the Kia SUV I had booked.

I hope the company can improve its vehicle allocation process and ensure that replacement vehicles are of similar quality and condition in the future.

Over the last year I have rented cars from your Sydney Depot on 3 seperate occasions. The staff I have dealt with both on pickup up and return have always been lovely. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but I have dealt with the same young man for all 3 pickups (I think the first time last September he may just have started and was training) and he is a credit to your business. friendly, polite, and helpful.

My only complaint would be is how far you have to walk with luggage to the pick up zone and instead of been dropped off outside departures on the return shuttle trip the last time we were dropped off at the pickup area. The issue with that besides the distance is that there are so many people coming from the other direction it was difficult getting through.

I was initially annoyed. I found that the process for an overseas traveller contacting the office to arrange a shuttle after hours impossible! I had to Uber there at a cost of over $30 after a very frustrating time ringing numbers provided to only access voicemail. That aside I found the price and quality of vehicle excellent. Also the drop off and shuttle service to the airport efficient and easy. The driver going above and beyond, dropping my wife and I at the terminal door.
