Shuttle arrived promptly at airport, easy pick-up of vehicle, friendly staff, excellent service of Call Centre agent regarding a query.

We have used Bargain Car Rental several times now and found them to be consistently solid in service and pricing.
Last visit to Launceston our car seemed to have been given to someone else, but rather than panic, they quickly offered an upgrade, which made our holiday more enjoyable

Easy to use, value for money and a really nice car to drive. The process was quick and easy. No mucking around and right near the airport with a free shuttle. Would definitely use again.

You should not be asking me a feedback because I booked through Booking.com or that's what your front line staff would be telling us for with this feedback and everything else we enquired. He asked to contact booking. com for everything details despite me explaining that booking.com is a middle man and the services I get is from Bargain car rentals. We had a difficult time with uncooperative front line staff who are more interested in squeezing money from us despite we explaining that we have paid everything in full including insurance and road assistance for our peace of mind well in advance. The front line staff also said we had to pay about 150$ for a road side assistance call out if the vehicle breaks down. We showed that we paid all in full for all extras, because we want peace of mind while renting and driving in an unknown territory as a visitor. But the front line staff did leave us with a very bad experience and spoilt our journey which should have been pleasant and peaceful. We will not renting again with bargain but will continue to book for other rentals through booking.com. We also saw the other visitors were going through same experience at the next counter while we were getting our car. Your front line staff training and attitude is seriously wrong. I am surprised you are still running your business.

Easy seamless process. Got picked up from airport, car was ready. Did pre check-in. Beautiful car at a very affordable price. Always use bargain car rentals when in Launceston

some initial confusion , but overall everything went well, car was clean and drove well, piick up and drop off was very easy

Fast, efficient and friendly service!

Only issue with the complete service, pick-up, car and drop off was the delay in getting picked from the airport. Was on the phone for over 10 minutes & no one answered. Only reason I ended up getting picked up is because I hailed the bus as it was driving past.
